The bathtub was a bit dirty...not filthy, but I wouldn't take soak in the tub unless I cleaned it myself. There were stray hairs around the tub before we entered the bathroom. The microwave was also dirty and the plate inside wasn't the plate that went with the microwave, so it didn't actually spin. The people next to us listened to some really loud music, but it was turned down by 9:00 p.m.

The location is great! Our event was at the Hilton and this is such an easy walk. We generally don't spend a ton of time in the room, so this is great.

the Main Street in front was torn up for construction and had to use an alleyway to get to the property. the continental breakfast was not available at this time should remove from website that was one of the reasons I booked at this motel

The lady at the reception was extremely rude to my husband about our booking. My fiance has been to the lodge many times and whenever he meets the lady at reception she has been rude. We always ask for an early booking and if the lady is there she takes time for her to let my husband in at the time we would have requested. The gentleman at the reception on the other hand is very welcoming and understanding. So far the only reason my fiance keeps going back there is because the place is located at a very convinient place.

They separated my family and we ordered a non smoke room. And the whole room selled like cigarettes.

The couple in the office were very kind. Very sweet! I think they try to keep the place nice. Other people do not respect their rules.

Didn’t like the smell of the room as you walked in from the outside. It smelled like stagnant water. Stayed four nights. The first two nights were loud. Seemed like there were problems with the people above us. It was a little scary. But besides that, it served its purpose

Morning we were checking out the toilet flooded and when went to the office to see if it could be addressed. A yell from behind the door to the location of the plunger and not much else.

It's located in the center of downtown and you can walk to pretty much anything you want or find a bus to anywhere in Vancouver as pretty much every route goes through.

I've stayed here a few times this time there was quite a bit of late night early morning noise probably a one time thing unfortunately.

The staff are friendly and helpful always around. Location is convenient lots of places to eat. Easy bus access. Although this is an older place it is clean and they are always doing some repairs and other work around the place. I always have a smoking room so I expect to see evidence of previous smokers. They have the best showers around plenty of hot water.

The cleaning lady Santa was her name pounded on our door while we were packing stuff up and told me she was going to call the cops because check out was at 11:00 it was 11:10 then continued to yell at me while loading stuff up, I complained to the front desk when I turned in my key he said “I know you’re the 3rd person she’s done that to this morning. I will NEVER stay here again!!

The room was sketchy. Bathroom window was broken and had no lock. Lighting in rooms feels like a breaking bad episode. Please know that lighting is everything.... Too close to freeway which cannot be changed. Doors don't feel secure. We could not sleep all night worried about security. Get new lighting that and heavier and more secure doors, windows, locks, etc. Your in a prime location so it would pay to do a few updates and have the place full all of the time.

The check in employee was great. Prime location!
