- 3 cockroaches in the room - Fresh paint job over a rundown room (feels like looking at a clean white wall but thinking; this is the only thing between me and a lot of mold, rot and insects - Iffy neighbourhood but did not feel very unsafe - Felt like people are living in the other rooms (not really something i dislike, but feels weird) - Broken lock for building access

Poorly maintained. Floors in poor condition. Caulking around windows and bathroom fixtures looked like it was done by animals. No coffee service. Refrigerator with no freezer. Electrical outlets flaky- refrigerator quit working. TV had a limited number of channels- none of them news.

Yes I believe I asked you for a refund already. Booking .come should ve stood behind your promise and refunded atheist part of my money. The toilet was clogged and when I reported it staff who put gloves on, handed me a plunger. No gloves for me to do staffs work. Also th a/c did not work. We where never offered clean towels.trash service .soap. nothing. To top it all off the staff acted pompous. Better than. Not afford of joy or concern for us . Horrible place. BOOKING .COM HASNT BEEN MUCH ON PAYING ATTENTION TO THIER CLIENTS ( US) EITHER

To start off the staff was nowhere to be found when I arrived to check in. I called the number that was taped to the window that said to call for front desk assistants and no one answered. After 45 minutes of waiting someone finally came.

I liked that the room had a balcony so I didn't have to go down stairs to smoke. The bed was comfortable even though it didn't look like it

There were roaches and no elevator. When it came to paking coolers up the stairs it was rough. There was 100 dollar security deposit required even with using card and not cash that was disappointing but what made it worse they have rules which is absolutely reasonable obviously but what wasn't was they said they cleaned our room completely top to bottom but one of the rules was no smoking we don't smoke and my son found a lighter under the bed we got rid of it then at check out my husband was gnna stay in the room while they inspect it so that they couldn't say we done something and didn't but when it came time to leave the staff came at us like we were criminals absolutely refused to let him stay in the room or even outside the door and told us we wasn't aloud to go in the building at all what so ever but what really took it over the edges is the fact I had confronted them bout what their reviews say and that it is hard to get back the security deposit back at checkout his exact words to me when I was nice about it was he either get his ass out of the room or he no going in there. Sorry for the language but that was exactly what he said in front of my kids and all. We fought to get the deposit back and we won but buddy was it a nightmare and when we did get it back he was aggressively rude and said leave now. I do not recommend I was so wrong to not check the reviews when I should have I was not happy when I got there but not once did they even clean the room.

The bathroom door was broken and would not shut. There was no privacy while in the rest room. There was cockroach everywhere inside the rooms. Half the lights worked in the room. The power kept going out and no air conditioning. Rooms were dirty.

It had no overhead light. The main light was mounted on the wall of the room. Also saw mold and peeling paint. The electric was not wired correctly either, because microwave would lose power and dim the lights when in use. The beds were both very stiff. The TV mounted to the wall as falling over and I had to prop it up on the table beneath using my shave kit. The chair that was at the table was faux leather and massive amounts of it were peeled off. I could go on and on, but I think people will understand they need to pay just a little bit more for a better place.

It had two nice mirrors and the bathroom sink was nice.
