Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThere was not a coffee pot in the room, no place to hang up wet towels, breakfast came from the hotel next door. Refridgerator was molding in side and freezer was almost completely frozen in solid.
Location was great and the room was quiet.

The room was ok. The mattress, couch and chairs was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend this motel to anyone of my friends and family.

The refrigerator was big. Microwave looked new.

United States of AmericaThe room can be made cozy, there are 2 windows onto the motel grounds and the other toward the sandstone bluff. The room would need a proper shower, to insulate the copious gaps around the door, install HVAC, replace the sleeping surface.
The owners are perfectly fine people. I reported that the heater did not function, had ceased to function and that the bath basin drained slowly.

United States of AmericaThere were too many patrons that would stay up late at night on the balcony and make noise. The power went out in our room one night. When I called to get the problem taken care of the office clerk mentioned that I would have to wait until morning when the maintenance staff came in. However when I mentioned that I should be able to have power in my room, The maintenance individual did show up within 10 minutes and worked hard to fix the problem, which ended up being a circuit breaker "trip". So the maintenance staff did work hard to fix the problem and we had power back on within 30 minutes of the outage. Apparently the hotel does not clean the rooms, if the stay is more than 1 day, but they did not mention that until I asked. I supposed it saves on labor costs and water and I am OK with that, However, if that is the case, then we should have been notified and given more towels, soap and toilet paper. That is usually why I have a room cleaned anyway. We only had 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel and none for the floor when getting out of the shower. The Hotel advertised a Breakfast, however, the Breakfast was served at the Hotel next door, not at the Hotel we were staying in, and the breakfast hours lasted only until 9:00 AM. Many hotels offer breakfast until 10:00 AM.
The room we stayed in was remodeled and large. It actually looked good at first glance. There were small individual items that may need attending, however the room was generally clean and the beds and pillows and air conditioning was acceptable.

United States of AmericaFor those who may actually care enough to read my review... -TV remote had no battery cover, just held in with clear tape. -Chairs around the table were filthy, not just a little dirty, disgusting! I was unwilling to sit in them. -The top mattresses felt more like a box spring, you could literally feel and hear the individual springs when you sat or laid down on the bed. -No blankets/comforter, just sheets, and a thicker sheet like cover on top of the flat sheet. -Bathroom faucet plumbed reverse of standard, with handles installed in the wrong direction, semi-corrected by blue and red sharpie written on mirror, in large letters, to identify which is which. -Bathroom fan wired to the bathroom light, so the fan was on if light was on, and the fan sounded like a garbage disposal ready to implode. -Miniscule toilet, barely usable for an adult. -With the entrance door completely closed and locked, there was a 1/4" air/light gap all the way around the door jamb. Could hear nearly every passing car. -Breakfast was actually served at the motel next door. -No hand towels or wash cloths, any of the three days we stayed there. -BIGGEST RED FLAG...most of the guests appear to be long-term residents with multiple individuals or groups frequently outside smoking near the entrances to the rooms. **Having pointed out all of the negatives, may I add that I'm not that picky in general.**
**Let's just say that you get what you pay for** -The price was one of the lowest and included breakfast. -Room was large. -Bathtub was large. -Good, hot, water pressure. -Heating/Air conditioning unit worked well. -Refrigerator, TV, and microwave worked well.

United States of AmericaThe shower in the first room we put in didn’t work so we were put in a different room. The first day we didn’t have even a garbage can in the room and everything seemed dirty.
The breakfast was at the hotel next-door. It was very basic and her to access because there were so many people that we’re also trying to get a little bit to eat.

United States of AmericaI mean you get what you pay for when it comes to hotels. I went on the cheaper side when booking so your standards shouldn’t be high if that’s your goal. There are obviously more comfortable places to be within St. George but that comes with higher nightly prices. Refrigerator didn’t work and neither did the shower head. Was only able to take baths but even that wasn’t great because the water isn’t that hot. But it’s simple, if you’re looking for more out of your stay at a hotel then you have to pay more.
Only two things that are good about this place is it’s location within St. George and it’s cheap prices. But i’m not really one to complain because my standards aren’t high considering I travel to really remote places all around the US for photography so i’m usually sleeping in my car or in a tent so anything with a bed does the job for me lol.

United States of AmericaFront desk person wanted me to sign a paper that said No Dogs. I told her I had a dog and had said that in my reservation comments. She asked if it was a service dog. She had to call someone to approve my dog. Then she said “Don’t walk your dog on the hotel property.” There was no place to walk a dog anyway!
Price was reasonable. No pet fee helped. Breakfast included was nice. Web site said Pet Friendly, Bring Fido app said Pet Friendly too.
