Ice machines did not work. Took a long time for room to cool down. Guy that checked me in was not very cheerful and kind of grouchy.

There was NO lotion, no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner, nothing in the room! It’s like you have to go to Walmart and buy your own stuff. The room was completely empty except for furniture.

Liked the room, didn’t know there was a breakfast. Liked the location where the hotel is. Was very quiet and peaceful! Also, love the plants that were outside, most welcoming!

It is difficult to get into in that the parking lot is very small and filled. The rooms were dirty we found dead roaches in the drawers. Rooms are dark and dingy, bed sheets had holes in them. And bed was wore out. Lobby I cluttered full of fake plants, no breakfast.

The location was decent probably when it was built. But not anymore The service staff was very friendly. Nice people working maintenance and house keeping. I'll give them that

It was being refurbished and kind of a mess. Extra equipment was organized and the staff were very friendly. Oh, our hoar dryer did not work.

Must admit, since the hotel is going through a lot of changes it was kind of a mess, but it was nostalgic and interesting. I can't wait to see what it looks like after the upgrades.

Rooms/décor was very outdated! Furniture very uncomfortable! Smelled of an old basement! Parking was a nightmare due to six (6) spaces being taken up by potted plants! Only lighting in the rooms were lamps...several had burned out lightbulbs! Old dishwasher sitting out in the middle of the sidewalk! Several sketchy individuals hanging out around the vehicles at night!

Location was close to everything we wanted to do.

Price is a little high for no pool, no hot tub, no ice, no breakfast. Could clean up all the stuff sitting around from the remodel.

Room was big, adequate, no complaints. Seems they are remodeling so lot's of stuff everywhere. The room was clean, I've paid more for worse in New Braunfels. Seemed safe, no iss.

I had an emergency the morning of check out and the front desk guy was awesome! Above and beyond in his help and understanding. The situation (nothing to do with the motel itself) and we still managed to check out barely late. He said not to worry, this is important ❤️

The room says non smoking but smells like an ash tray, the staff didn’t answer phone or door for 30 minutes and then charged me extra than what my booking was supposed to be

There was mold growth on the wall, the walls were wet. The new mattresses going in were used and under a tarp outside. They smelled pretty terrible but that smell could have been coming from the rooms. The second room we were given didn't even have electricity. The owner was kind enough to tell me I could choose between the 2 available rooms. Mind you the 1st one recked of bug spray, had rat poo and what looked like a bad case of an infection ready to happen. If you value your life and health, run away!

The room was dirty, property run down, the fridge and microwave were inoperable, didn’t use the coffee as there weren’t any coffee packets provided, etc. no niceties at all. I didn’t feel safe there with my daughter with seedy looking people abound. Saw no other families there. I checked out after less than an hours but was refused a refund.
