We didn't have hot water at first (it was the beginning of the season) but staff attended to the problem right away & got it fixed.

Spacious, updated room with all the key amenities: fridge & microwave, table & chairs, closet & storage, comfortable bed. Walking distance to shops & restaurants & a short drive to the national park. Friendly helpful staff. We were really happy with our stay.

Location was so close to downtown and Acadia! Everything was clean and nice and the room was spacious. So nice to open the windows and get the spring breeze in the room!

WiFi was not working. Also the room my sister and brother in law stayed in, the door was not working properly. First it wouldn't close properly, and the next day they couldn't open the door and had to yank it to be able to get out.

The grounds were beautiful, took a little walk around and even rested up in the hammock, this was very relaxing.

Cons: exterior lights are on a timer, not light sensitive. So when we left early, the lot was total dark and had to use flash lights. Bathroom could have used more light. One dim light between tub/toilet, would like LED light to brighten it up. No bathroom exhaust fan, but window did open for ventilation.

Great location. 10min drive Arcadia Park, 4 minutes from downtown Bar Harbor by auto. Nice sidewalks and walkable in 30 min, but cool and dark early in October. No breakfast, but the wifi works well, and local map at the office proved very helpful. Rooms are clean, and usb charging options. Our room had a luggage shelf, loved it. Ice machine worked well. Many pros All in all, would stay again.

We could hear our neighbors fairly easily. The fitted sheet on our bed had a stain which looked like blood.

Overall the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great for visiting Acadia National park and also close to some good restaurants.

It’s all good

A bit pricey for the room but paying for Bar Harbor tourism.

It was a very comfortable stay. Really safe bathtub shower. Wonderful location and quiet. Not close to anything but there is a free shuttle next door that takes you to town every 20-30 minutes. Parking is very expensive in town so quite a bonus. There also is a balcony along the whole front and parking just for your room. It's located on the main road leading to town so hard to get lost.

The motel seemed to have been recently updated from the flooring and furniture/lamps to a remodeled bathroom with plenty of good lighting to a large walk in shower. The building was set back just far enough from the busy road into Bar Harbor that we weren't bothered by any road noise. The housekeeping staff added a touch of fun by creating towel sculptures to greet us.
