Can hear through the walls, the lady serving breakfast was unpleasant, there was not really anybody swimming in the big pool, we don’t even know if it was available to swim in. No lights were on the pool area at night

The staff wasn’t that friendly. The breakfast wasn’t great considering how much you spend to stay there. Not a lot of food options. Happy hour isn’t all that.

I thought it was a little crazy that I was charged an extra 34 dollars for amenities. A day mind you, which are normally included in the overall pricing. Not even just that with the amount of people, only one we got to use for a total of half a day. The breakfast choices were not fantastic. Other than those two things. The overall stay was decent. Not anything any other hotel wouldn’t offer.

Boil eggs were very COLD and I think some eggs and bacon would have been great. And wasn’t able to walk directly from from hotel to beach.

The staff was very nice. Great location. We walked everywhere. Pool area was excellent. We stopped in at a few hotels & The Edge had by far the best pool area. We loved the rooftop bar & grill. Great food! Rooms were very nice. We had a view of the pool & the Gulf. Breakfast was included which is a plus. Very pleased. Would definitely go there again.

I was told that the room slept 6 but it only slept 4, so my son had to sleep on the floor. The staff admitted it was their mistake but refused to comp a room or make the situation right for us.

The staff at the front desk wasn’t very knowledgeable about anything I asked. The price of drinks were outrageous. The rooftop restaurant wasn’t great especially when it was raining. We tried moving to another table but ended up standing in the rain so we could take our food inside.

Breakfast was very good. It was basic, but I found something. I tried a muffin but it was stale. Everything else was very good.

Plastic! There is nothing wrong with this hotel, it was very pleasant in an excellent location BUT it is doing nothing to help the environment. Still using the old fashioned small toiletries in the rooms instead of large refillable containers. Plastic straws in every drink instead of paper. The worst culprit was the breakfast room - plastic, polystyrene, throw away EVERYTHING!! Even the long-life fruit salad was in ready made plastic containers - how hard would it be to cut up some fresh fruit?? Hire someone to do the washing up instead of adding to the world's plastic mountain. You should be ashamed in this day and age!

Great balcony looking out over the water. Loved watching the boat traffic and even dolphins a couple of times. Nice roof top pool, just a shame that the music never stopped.

No place to sit in the room except desk chair or bed. There’s plenty of space for a sofa chair so 2 people could sit. Hotel should consider doing this. Lock on door to patio not functioning. Price has increased over 30% since Oct 2022
