The parking was a little cramped. There were a few nicks and dings in the room. Elevators were a little slow and luggage carts were hard to come by.

The facilities were clean. The breakfast was good. The location was very convenient.

The breakfast was very bland, nice variety but not a lot of flavor. The elevators are extremely slow and the parking garage could use some updating. Housekeeping was very unhelpful. We left behind an expensive electronic device and realized it when we were about an hour away. We called back to verify that it was there and was put on hold and told that housekeeping could check the room. They came back and stated that it was not there but they would not be cleaning the room completely until the next day. We asked if we drove back to town, could we check for ourselves since the room wouldn't be cleaned until the next day anyway. They allowed us to do so and the device was sitting in plain sight on the chair in the room. While I do not fault the hotel for forgetting it, that was 100% on us, we would have paid to have it shipped back if housekeeping had actually taken the time to check like they had claimed to have done.

The hotel was neat and clean. The location is great for downtown Gatlinburg. It was nice to be able to park and walk to all of the area attractions. The front desk staff was great, especially the lady who worked evenings during our stay. The whirlpool hot tubs were nice after long days of walking. It would have been better if they were open a little later for adults or at least if one of them was for adults only. It was a little difficult to relax in a hot tub with kids jumping in from the sides as if it were a regular pool.

We loved the pool it was a super neat set up. We do think it could have been cleaned a little more but it was still amazing to swim in and for our little one.

The hotel was great! Room was clean and comfortable. We had to get a new tv in our room and the service was extremely fast and efficient. We loved the location and breakfast it was always hot and never ran out at any point to where we had to wait , it was a great experience!

The elevators take FOREVER. You could be waiting around 4-5 minutes for one to come. Our room also had a weird smell to it.

VERY close to the strip!!! They also had an indoor and outdoor pool along with 2 hot tubs so I was able to stay in the hot tub while watching my daughter swim in the pool.

We liked everything very much, it would have been nice if the breakfast was a little more varied. In general, there was nothing to complain about.

A superb hotel located close to the center and within walking distance of several attractions. I would recommend it to anyone and would happily stay with you again. The staff was polite and friendly.

-felt like the dirt and grime was “painted over” -bathrooms did not have vents … mold problems? - the patio rails were WIDE. My 4 year olds head could fit through—and if her head can, her whole body can. Those railings need to be replaced and moved closer. This is a huge safety concern.

Cleaning could've been better. Again, bedding was clean and l was happy with that, but the room itself could've been cleaner without the stains on the bedframe and curtains. Also, the pool area could've been cleaner ... there was some green algae on the floor, probably from water pooling and not being cleaned up/dealt with. I accidentally dropped by room card and was kind of grossed out by it landing on the wet, green floor. The woman at the front desk when we checked in (approx 7pm on Saturday (4/27) could've been friendlier and more welcoming. She seemed pained to have to do her job and interact with us. Thankfully the rest of the staff seemed friendlier. As another review stated, the rooms are somewhat dated, but it looks like they're currently working on that and making some improvements thru the hotel. The lobby itself and common areas are beautiful. Hopefully the remainder of the hotel will match in time. The parking garage is TIGHT. Not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind.

We were looking for a last minute room after unexpectedly traveling thru the Smokey's for the day and found a decent price here. For a Saturday night, it was one of the cheaper options with a rating over 8, so we went with it. Generally, we were happy with our stay for the price. The bedding was clean and looked good (we check that over immediately no matter where we stay) and overall the room was pretty clean, though we did find two stains on the side of the bed frame and on the curtains. The location was great, right off the main street, and we liked being able to stay parked at the hotel to walk down to for to get something to eat that night. The river running right by the hotel was nice as well and it had a good view of the mountains from the front of the hotel. We also liked our balcony, though it just overlooked the pool & firepit. Still a nice touch. The pool & tubs were appreciated as well and my son enjoyed the slide. The breakfast area was large with plenty of seating, which was appreciated since there were numerous large groups staying at the hotel that weekend. Breakfast was good as well with a decent selection and refilled accordingly.

The hot water didn’t stay long. If you stay on the back side of hotel, you can hear everything coming from the pool area. So if you are trying to sleep before pool closes at 11pm you cannot.

The noise we expereinced was due to kids in a band competition being on same floor and our room was right by the elevator and the view, we had no view, wouldve loved to had a view on the front side of the building
