Australia1 review“Perfect location for theatres and Times Square!”As a big tea drinker having a way to keep milk cold would have been good. There was construction happening at the time of our stay which we were not aware of until the jack hammer sounded like it was coming through our walls. Staff offered to move us further away from the noise but we were already settled in our room so didn't worry.
Perfect location for all theatres, walking distance to just about everything you would want to see. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us extra vouchers for breakfasts. Room was spacious enough for NYC. Ice dispensers on each floor were wonderful.

The TV remote didn’t work very well in either of the two rooms we had and both rooms had no hair dryer and when we asked the staff they kind of insisted there was one and we weren’t looking correctly. The service menus on the TV weren’t working.

Fabulous location. Very clean. Great grab and co breakfast. Hammer on front desk exceptional when checking in. Couldn’t fault the hotel from the friendly doormen to the gentleman checking at the lifts if you were a guest at the hotel, the breakfast staff and the porters for looking after our bags at checkout.

A steep bust ok price for the location, not appropriate spending this amount of money and receive just two voucher per day for breakfast when staying with family of five. Breakfast is not a hotel cost driver, but provides convenience to their guest. A must change!!

I should not have chosen to stay so close to Times Square. I recommend one of their other properties a couple blocks further away. The flashing lights from the billboards kept me up at night so I wouldn’t call it restful. The room was very small.
The lobby is beautiful. The staff friendly. The breakfast was great for grab-n-go! The included walking tours a huge bonus. Good location for seeing Manhattan. Right across the street from Roger’s Theater was a bonus.
