Housekeeping wasn’t great. They skipped our room several days. And room service wasn’t great. They left off items and charged extra for bringing it later.

Valet service was not consistent, they did not pay close attention to my vehicle, when we were checking out there was a group of people taking pictures and using my vehicle as a prop. I did not like that!

We stay there for the San Destin wine festival which is perfect. The food, servers, bartenders were excellent.

We had a fantastic dinner! The staff even provided special pasta for my son that has specific allergies. The manager even offered to hold my daughter when we were about to eat so I could enjoy my meal. We will definitely be back next year.

The property is upscale, elegant landscaping, beautifully designed and decorated with a more contemporary flair. Fresh Flowers greet you in the lobby with wonderful fragrances, and spotless clean! Staff professionals well diverse in several languages, knowledgeable of local area and events, uniformly dressed, and eager to address your requests. The food and beverage manager Tim was out standing and went out of his way assuring us a fabulous dinning experience. The “CHEF” is 5 ⭐️!

We had to pay for parking, which was weird but it is what it is.

Hotel Effie was gorgeous!!! Everything we needed and more, it felt like a true vacation. Everybody is kind, every space is shiny and makes you want to use the amenities, and the fact that is inside the resort and you can go and visit and have fun around is just out of this world. Loved it! Will definitely go back. Oh and a cool thing is that you get a 4 hour use of the resort bikes, daily, for free.

Everything closes early. Restaurants and bars close really early here. Also the tablet in the room should have options to order room service and other amenities. Give more details on what you can do on and around the hotel.

Beautiful property seems great if you love to golf, bike or play tennis. They offer a tram to the beach.
