We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaParking No free parking. I had to use valet parking or be towed. No other options. It became an added expense ( $39/ night) because it was no free parking. Then the valet parked the car in the street in front of the hotel. No parking garage.

United States of AmericaWhen I checked into the hotel, I was told by the staff that they accidentally checked someone else with my same last name into my room so, my check in to my room was delayed for a few hours. I can see how it happened because, the front desk did not even look at my ID to verify which room I was supposed to be in as well. After waiting a couple of hours to check into my room, the staff was supposed to call me when my room was ready but they never did. The staff needs to be more organized.
The property was very clean everywhere from the public restrooms, the Sustenio Restaurant and Mercato Café and our room was very clean also. The hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed a lot of the amenities like the indoor pools and jacuzzi since during my stay it was winter. The staff was nice and courteous my entire stay, although a little unorganized.

United States of AmericaValet and front desk nor concierge does not greet when walking into the hotel. Very rude valet men that doesn't greet and walk out to help in order to get valet. I had to ask for help. Front desk does not explain wifi or elevator reference where to go. Everyone is busy focusing on themselves instead of the customers. The only staff that was professional was the travel tour guide man named David.

United States of AmericaMy friend and I had to wait for booking to go through for 2hrs. The rooms had been booked the day before. We had just arrived from a mountain biking ride and we were both dirty and exhausted. I was also preparing for a medical procedure for the next day and was stressed out about it. The people at the counter told me they couldn't do anything about it, I needed to wait about an hour or so.. I was told later the manager might be able to push it through. I've been trying to stay at this location for a long time and finally had a reason to. I am not happy with this experience. There is no parking near the facility, only valet parking. I had to park down the road in a parking lot. There was plenty of available parking closer to the facility but it was marked as valet parking. Maybe this parking should be available for self parking when you're not that busy. The next day leaving for my medical procedure we had to walk down the road through the cold rain to get to our vehicle. I was also sitting near the fireplace trying to keep warm and relax. I was waiting for my bookings to go through when a cleaning crew person walked over and started spraying some kind for disinfectant spray all over the area I was sitting. He didn't even say excuse me. A few minuted later a different cleaning crew person came up and started spraying the area I was sitting in again. He did not say, " Excuse me Sr. I'm going to be cleaning this area, can you please move to one of our other lounging areas?". He just sprayed the area and sofa with the disinfectant. Then he plugged in his vacuum and started vacuuming around the area I was relaxing in. I had already been there for about 20 minutes and I had not noticed him or anyone else cleaning any of the other lounging areas that were empty of any customers. So I guess they started with the one I was relaxing in.
The hotel is beautiful and seems to be well maintained. The workers seemed to want to be as helpful as possible and were very nice. The rooms were clean and very nice.
