Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaNot my issue but if one cares, small TV screens. Otherwise no worries...Recommended.
Large two bedroom-two baths is as good as it gets for value in Taos. Excellent bar and dinner dining in a relaxing setting. Beautiful grounds, hot tub and fitness facility. A bit of a walk into town, ~ 10 minutes. Helpful, friendly staff.

Elegant furnishings in rooms- comfy beds, in town and close to everything. Beautiful grounds! Unique, beautiful hotel with southwestern furnishings. we went with our two teens (15,17) on ski trip. They had their own separate room and they loved the place as well!!!

United States of Americaa bar in the toilet area would have helped when getting up from toilet...I was in a walking boot and it was difficult standing without some support I realize this is not always the case with people, but with bad knees etc. I can see a problem with getting up from toilet... since they are lower than most toilets now days.
lovely grounds, rooms very nice, breakfast was very good.... quiet in the room we did not eat dinner there, the bar was a pleasant area

United States of AmericaRoom was a litte worn (tiles scuffed, walls dirty, light fixtures dusty, etc) and the bathroom sink splashed water everywhere when used. We did not get any robes provided in our room which made it tricky to get to the pool comfortably. Parking lot is terribly configured but there seemed to be enough parking for guests. Overall, it was a little pricey for what it is (over $700 for three nights) but pretty comfortable.
Comfy beds and pillows and the fireplace in the room was really nice. Food was pretty good, especially the cornbread, but no room service, we had to go pick up any orders ourselves. Housekeeping staff was quick and did a great job daily. Hot tub was nice but too small (there were probably 10-12 people trying to use it). Free yoga class was really good! Location is convenient and close to downtown. In general, the facilities are nice and the staff were friendly.

United States of America1. Housekeeping did not appear following the first night and when I called at 3:30 pm I was told they were still working. Housekeeping did not come and we found a supervisor at 4:10 pm to request that trash be removed. This was a poor response by management and failure to follow up. 2. We were on the ground floor and the only curtains offered for privacy were blackout. A walkway was next to the glass door so the curtain had to be pulled for privacy, leaving the room too dark.
The setting was lovely - beautiful gardens, pool and public spaces for guests. It was close enough to the center of town to walk.

United States of AmericaRooms are dark - western Gothic. The mountain room we were initially given was in obvious disrepair. Torn curtains (holes) that don’t close, missing picture over the fireplace - hook and shadow of the picture still evident. Clearly sends a message that there is an element of leadership and caring that is missing from management. Spent the initial two hours of our stay moving around rooms till we were finally installed in a lovely room. The place was far from full so these shenanigans were wholly unnecessary and diminished our stay
Beautiful grounds around the main area, pond, tree-lined. Very peaceful and serene. Yoga with Alana was awesome. She is the kindest, sweetest person! The valet team were all amazing and helpful!

United States of AmericaVery minor issues - no microwave but a fridge in the room, couch in living area has definitely seen better days and needs replacing. Restaurant on site is a bit pricey but has great food!
Relaxing in the mountains of the high desert starts here! Our favorite thing about this resort is the property itself and the Spa. One of the top spas in the US, it is boutique meaning it does not book a lot of people at once and therefore you have a personal experience. We had incredible treatments two days of the 4 we stayed. The saltwater indoor pool is a dream - space is We stayed in the two bedroom suite “China” which had that theme. It was comfortable with two king beds, giant bathtubs and a living/dining area. As two friends traveling together it was great having our own space. Room was quiet and clean. Plenty of pillows and towels, complementary slippers too! Highly recommend staying during the week if looking for peace and quiet as weddings and wedding parties can happen over the weekends. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful and responsive!
