A very minor issue but one of the dining tables in the breakfast room needs to be ‘leveled’ to prevent from ‘rocking’.

I had a great room but two of our group were in the sun suite and there was no air-conditioning as the thermostat was broken. Also both sun and moon suites are by the road and every time a car passed, it shone the light on their faces waking them up. Simple fix would be to install blackout drapes . They were also not in the main building

We really enjoyed our stay in Sante Fe which was emphasised by our stay at the Parador. We had communicated our arrival time via WhatsApp in advance of our arrival and we were greeted by our wonderful host. The room was lovely and included everything we needed. We were provided with a map and some recommendations for the town centre which was a short walk from the hotel. The stand out of our stay was breakfast the next day which was tremendous and once again our host was there to ensure we had everything we needed.

Having a small in room fridge would've been nice to keep our drinks cool, but not a deal breaker.

We loved casita 15! Our dog enjoyed the enclosed patio. We appreciated the location, the cleanliness, the wonderful bathroom and toiletries. Breakfast was amazing as was our server, Jameel.

Our window faced a back parking lot to an adjacent building that had a security light that we couldn't block out. This could probably be mitigated or solved with a small window covering. I don't think is an issue for any other rooms in the building.

The location and the layout of the Inn is great. Every room is a little different to meet individual preferences or needs. We had a quiet room in the back but could see opportunity to travel with other couples or friends with the courtyard area. The breakfast was phenomenal. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely come back!

Great location, 5-10 minutes of easy walk to downtown. Breakfast was outstanding, chef is cooking for you from the menu, fine dining experience for breakfast. We also enjoyed chai tea and hibiscus drink.

I had a trouble connecting to Wifi (my iPad is old). A hand-made small table and a couple of chairs were a little wiggly and squeaky (but nice to have them). Ants creeped out from a crack of brick floor (because we had a dog bowl).

My husband and I stayed at the Parador for a couple nights and had a lovely time. Our charming room with a kitchenette was well designed and equipped with high-end fixtures and amenities. Although the room was not very big, it felt spacious, relaxing and comfortable. Even our nervous dog stayed calm. Everyone at the place was nice and friendly. Special thanks to the owner who greeted us warmly and spent time to give us insights. The breakfast was creative and absolutely delicious. The place was conveniently located in the heart of Santa Fe. We walked to the plaza and the Canyon Rd. Highly recommended.

It would’ve been nice to have had a small coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Also, perhaps a small paved sidewalk to pull a suitcase to the room instead of having to pull it over rocks when you arrive after hours would be helpful.

The property is small and very unique. The room I was in was very comfortable and it was refreshing to not have a large TV in the room. Make sure you take time to get breakfast! It is exceptionally good!

The description on booking.com was misleading - had I looked up the property on AirBnB or the property's own website, I wouldn't have been confused. To be clear, the problem is with booking.com, and not with The Parador.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, as long as you like the items on the very limited menu. The addition of chai along with coffee was a wonderful touch. The toiletries provided were high end and fantastic - as long as you like lavender.

Weak water flow

The food was amazing. We arrived so late that no body in the office anymore. But the check instruction was very precise. The house was very clean. The water though was weak in the shower when someone also uses the sink or flushed the toilet. But over all the accommodation was great
