The TV. I had to use my laptop for the TV in the room. Local stations would have been great. The all streaming situation was a little difficult for long term stays.

    1) The noise of the air conditioner behind the wall. 2) There is nothing to watch on TV, all channels require verification codes, which we did not have. 3)There is no place to dry swimwear.

Good location of the hotel, cleanliness. The safe in the room is not working, after calling the front desk, an employee came and replaced it.

The room smelled musty after the second morning until we left. The shower has no door and water was running into the floor.

My family and I enjoyed staying here, the location is wonderful. The room was well stocked and clean.

No place to dry your swimsuit and towels from the beach, only 2 hooks in the bathroom - if you are 4 people it is a problem. The shower in our room always leaked into the bathroom, sealing of the glass wall not working.

The location directly on Espanola Way is excelent - many restaurants just down stairs, shopping possible around. Walking to beach takes few minutes only. Comfy beds, clean room, doesn't smell musty as some other properties in Miami. Beach club includes 2 free sunbeds/room - awesome.

It was rather noisy, ear plugs were given and we did manage to sleep but probably one of the noisiest properties I’ve stayed in recently. The room was sparse and no hanging spaces / storage so cases had to stay on the floor. Shower was very open and gave little privacy for the bathroom which was not ideal for two people.

Good location, very a accessible and the beach was nearby

Reservations for two rooms was confusing, presumably due to incompatibilities between Booking.Com and Kasa Virtual Front Desk system (reservations were created under my account, but switched to other account during advance check-in, which was inconvenient and required repeated engagement with Customer Support team). Española Way is popular and can remain noisy until late at night.

Hard to beat the location on charming Española Way with its myriad options for dining and shopping just blocks from Ocean Drive and the beach. Locks on gate, building door, and room door offered good security. Clean, well appointed room was quite comfortable.

I wish that the bathroom fan was strong or the shower had a sliding door because I feel like taking a shower makes the whole room wet. Also would love a microwave. I don’t ever expect a real coffee machine anymore but I hate keurigs. So I ordered coffee every day… one day however I gave it a try and it wouldn’t turn on so I had to unplug it and plug it into a different plug to work. Coffee tasted awful, keurigs suck 😭 I wish the gate code box was the same type as the gate code boxes to the buildings. The high five mechanism was confusing to delivery people. Only other suggestion I have is to have the room and gate code written down somewhere in the room so we can put that in our pocket before we go out, I got so paranoid and nervous I was going to either forget my phone or phone would lose battery and I would be locked out since I’m bad at remembering numbers, ending up writing it down at a restaurant on a receipt eventually for peace of mind so all good.

Loved that it was next to all these restaurants and ice cream shop, nice room. Also stayed in a few Florida properties that smell mewdewy, this one smelled great. Bed and tv setup were comfy. I liked the lights and space. The bench outside before the building was cute too

The shower took quite a while to warm up - once it did it was nice. I would suggest making it clearer on the welcome instructions what the beach club access is . You pay for it automatically but I had to ask for details to figure what it was and where to go. That said - the response was very quick and good.

Location is great, buildings are cute , rooms are clean, beds are big and comfortable, big bathroom. Nice little things are there like iron and board, beach towels, coffee maker and kettle (can be surprisingly hard to find these days in many places). The access to the Boucher Brothers beach club was nice- we took advantage of that. Though i prefer a staffed check-in etc.. the off-site staff were very responsive . You just need to make sure your phone is charged and good etc. To receive the access and wifi etc. By text

My only issue with the stay was the iron. You should clean or get new irons for your rooms as when I started ironing, black residue came out of the iron and stained my shirt. Looked like it hadn’t been used/cleaned in a while.

Like in liste of places, no view. You better keep shutters closed and spend a day outside. But it didn’t matter to us. We’d still return to the same place.

All perfect , especially location, public parking for 20$ per day just a short walk away, same for the beach and Ocean Drive

The building does not have an elevator. The policy is not to clean the room every day. They provide us with a clean room upon check-in, and if we require any cleaning services during our stay, we must pay for them. On Christmas Day, there were no towels and coffee supplies available in the cabinets.

The location is absolutely amazing. Although there were no staff present on-site and I prefer in-person communication, they responded promptly and effectively via their website.

Due to the pubs and restaurants being just below the rooms, it could get a little noisy. The internet was not up to speed (pun intended), but we didn't really need it for our short stay. This might be a problem if you are working remotely and need fast connectivity.

The location was close to the beach, and many restaurants and pubs are downstairs on a pedestrian street.

I didn’t experience this because staff was onsite when I arrived, but we did see a number of other guests arrive and they were confused about the process. I can see how the instructions provided can be overwhelming and confusing for self check in. I was glad I didn’t have to figure it out on my own. Also, stairs only so you will have to carry luggage up and down (although they helped me carry mine up so that was nice).

The location was great and room was surprisingly spacious. Staff was onsite when I checked in which was helpful. The street noise was a little loud, but the room had sound machines and that helped block some of the noise so I had no problem sleeping. I also liked that they have water available for guests to refill their water bottles. And a cute little common area with balcony overlooking the restaurants. We sat out there one night with some wine and it was lovely.
