Office has very limited hours. We tried twice to check in and the office was closed. Young man was very nice tho. Towel bar kept falling off the bathroom door. No counter space in bathroom. Only pedestal sink. At least a 1 hour drive to Grand Canyon.

Great location. Nicest hotel in downtown Williams. Clean and bright. Comfortable bed. Would stay there again.

El Rancho Motel is in a fabulous location if you are visiting Williams, AZ. It is exceptionally clean , well air conditioned, has comfortable beds and very kind, helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this for a stay in Williams.

OMG! This was the nicest little motel on our roadtrip. During our travel we slept in about 10 hotels and this one was THE BEST! Everything was perfect! Also breakfast nextdoor is amazing!

The room is cosy and the bed is comfortable. It is a value for money stay at Williams, near to the railway. Also, there are discount vouchers available for dine in the near by restaurants. It is also near to the route 66 highway. Staff is also very friendly to share with us what is great in the vicinity.

Newly renovated. Mostly clean - I noticed some parts of the room and bathroom, and items were not properly cleaned. Called around 10:30am if we could check in earlier and said it was okay, there were rooms available. Arrived at 12:15pm, and there was a sign that the desk person will not be back by 3pm. It was not specified anywhere that the motel will be closed between 12-3pm. Though, I saw a guy who looked like someone who works there and followed up with him , probably the person I spoke on the phone - and we were able to check in early. It would be helpful for the future costumers to put it online somewhere that the motel is usually close between 12-3pm. Overall good. No complaints really. Though some amenities would be great! Still a 5/5 for me since we were able to check in earlier (& for free!).

I absolutely loved my stay! My room was clean and comfy. Parking was great! So close to my room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice location to walk to the visitor center, shopping and restaurants. Thank you for taking good care of us!

50’s motel that has had exceptional upkeep. The outside looks original but totally dialed in. Interiors have the 50’s vibe but remodeled. Bed was comfortable. Good WiFi and good location on Rt 66. Williams capitalizes on that theme, which is fun.
