The doors open and close very noisy. We were room 36 and I was afraid I would bother the girl next door the door is loud when you close and So was hers Also, it was very complicated to find a way to book directly with you and I didn’t know I should’ve just called to book a reservation to get my Arizona resident discount of 20% I was taken to Booking.com to Make Res And since I’ve never used that before, I just thought that was something you elected the public to do instead of booking directly with you that was very frustrating. And then the girl at the front desk didnt tell me, she asked for my ID but she didn’t tell me I could get a 20% discount as an Arizona resident. Also, it was very frustrating to arrive and want one cocktail and it was 10:55 or something and the front desk was like yeah there’s bar it’s open oh but it closes in five minutes that wasn’t very cool.

    Good looking place!

King Room with Kitchen. Very nice spacious room, very comfortable, BUT: 16 minutes for hot water to reach the room (good thing Santa Fe doesn't have a water issue). Couldn't shut off shower to stop very fast dripping (have your plumber replace the o-ring, duh!) Worst supplied kitchen I've ever seen. No wine screw, scrubber, spatula, toaster, no dish soap, salt, pepper, nothing. Shouldn't have to ask ..

Really a cool place. Beautiful grounds, great architecture, nice hot tub, pool looked great but not opened yet. Furniture was very comfortable. Good bar. Pizza nights were fun with excellent but not cheap pizzas. Bus stop out front will take you anywhere: The Plaza, Museum Hiill, etc. $1 all day pass, buy on board .Staff was super friendly!

Although the property was quaint and secluded, it was located on a very busy street which our room was closer to. This involved quite a bit of traffic noise, however, it was conveniently located to visit the Santa Fe attactions.

The property is older and has been delightfully refurbished and maintained. Really enjoyed the bar area with live music and local activity.

It was a bit unclear what triggered a cleaner to make up your room. Generally it is accepted that sheets aren’t changed everyday but changing towels and straightening up would have been nicer every day or other.

It was a hip and lively spot with nicely designed spaces a good looking retro design southwest exterior as well as nicely furnished interior spaces! The rooms had all the needed amenities, beds were very comfortable. The bar was lively bright spaces with live music and karaoke nights. The lobby area was comfortable and cool. The food truck next to the lobby was an easy spot to pick up coffees and tasty breakfast. Coffee and water was also available in the lobby.

I felt that the price for the room was a bit high especially considering their occupancy wasn't. Closet definitely needs a light in it and there wasn't a USB port for charging anywhere.

The overall aesthetic is very good and the decor fits-retro yet also modern

A few minor things.. 1. The room we were in was upstairs and the hotel next doors’ bright parking lot lights were harshly coming into our window at night. We had to place a towel over the shutters before bed. 2. The gas fireplace kept turning itself off. We’d have to keep flipping the switch on and off several times to get it back on. The fan to blow the warm air from the fireplace was very loud. 3. It wasn’t easy to control the temperature in the room. 4. There wasn’t a single picture or piece of art on the walls of the room. Just seemed a bit bare.

Cute little place. Was originally given a handicapped room for some reason and it felt vast and cold. Asked to get a regular room and it was nice and cozy.

I absolutely loved the staff and the warm and inviting communal vibe of the bar and lobby!

I did not feel completely secure in my room, as a woman traveling alone, because there are no additional locks on the door, and the inside lock did not turn all the way. The front desk assured me that no one could get in, however, placing an additional lock on each door, even a chain or flip bar would help people relax a little more. The fire pit was out of propane, so no one could use it. The pit was something I was looking forward to enjoying. The entry light was flickering and would not turn on completely. The condiments for coffee needed to be replenished. It is a little off the beaten path from the plaza, canyon road and central Santa Fe.

The staff was really accommodating and quite wonderful! I love the bar and the ambience in the lobby. They both provided a communal gathering place reminiscent of my time spent at the Chelsea Hotel. I was in Room 70 on the corner of Alamo Court, which provided a lovely awakening view of the morning snow.

The room, while clean, was showing its age a little bit and some things were stored in unintuitive locations such as the hair dryer in the drawer in the bedroom instead of under the bathroom sink.

The room was spacious and clean. The facilities in general where well maintained. The bar was fun place to end off most of the nights we were there. All of the staff we interacted with were pleasant and helpful.
