The air conditioning did not work in the room. We did let staff know, but it was not fixed.

The shower drain was clogged up. I reported it early in the morning, but it wasn’t fixed by 4 p.m. I called again, and a facility engineer came right away. He fixed the drain, but the chemicals he used were very smelly.

The location was great, and the room was very comfortable. The staff were helpful.

The fire was nice, valet staff was very friendly, as was the guy who helped us get our fire going. The front desk receptionist was not as friendly.

During our visit the hotel was undergoing some refurbishment. We didn't hear any noise but it's an older hotel and it's good to see they're renovating the place to keep it updated. We also visited the pool, which was nice but being as the weather was cold, and it being outdoors, we never got to try it out. None of these points are necessarily bad for the hotel since it cannot control the weather nor be faulted for improving the place.

The hotel is located right in downtown about 5 minutes walk from the main plaza square with access to restaurants downtown but also a 10 minute walk from the railyard arts district. You really don't need a car if you're staying here to visit Santa Fe unless you're going to Meow Wolf or hiking at nearby trails. The staff are incredibly courteous and accommodating in providing recommendations as well as reservations for restaurants. The room is comfortably appointed with the usual bottled water, fridge, and amenities.

The dining facilities are just ok. The spa was a little lacking and the massages were expensive for the service. We had to request cleaning services twice and we had some issues with the TV in the room that took two days and multiple calls to address.

The location is excellent and right in the middle of everything in Santa Fe. Rooms were nice and clean.

From the photos of the outside of the building, I did not think of this location as being the corner of a city block. It seemed to be outside with space and land.

This was a great place to stay and the resturant with outstanding. I can not think of anymore that they could have done to make me more happy about the room or the resturant.

The breakfast, very sad, it is separate from the Hotel , so that can be the problem, The staff was not motivated, very grumpy! and not doing they supposed to be doing , I have talked to the manager about it and he knows are feelings , he credited the invoice of the breakfast , hopefully he is doing his best to motivate that people in the breakfast room

It's a nice hotel but I think it's a bit overpriced for what's offered. For this money I would expect small things that bothered me to be better. For example, room cleaning was very late in the day, no matter if I left at 7am or at noon, it was never cleaned/made-up until after 2 or 3pm. The tea in the room was never replenished even though I used it up the first day. The (hard working) valet was understaffed in the mornings at check-out when there was a line of 5 families with just one valet so you had to wait a long time even if you called ahead. When I asked the front desk about booking a massage, they told me to just go online and book there, the spa hours were very very limited. It's all small things and the main points like cleanliness, location room size were great, but the way the hotel is positioning themselves in terms of pricing, this should be better.

Nice spacious rooms with lots of amenities (fridge, coffee maker, etc). The balcony overlooked the city and the mountains and had beautiful lanterns at night. Very close to Santa Fe plaza, good location.
