I stayed here during a week of traveling, a few other hotels offered free use laundry machines. The Cambria Hotel Copper Mountain did not. I had to withdraw $20 notes from the atm. The desk could not sell me detergent packets for the $20 notes. I charge the detergent to my room, and asked to break a $20 into smaller bills and quarters since the laundry room had no change machine. I know this process is common/normal in most hotels...but I'll forever compare it to the extreme convenience of complimentary machines at the other hotels.

As a ski resort the hotel appeared as good as it gets. I was unable to ski during my visit, so as a standard lodging, it was nice. Great views and location with good facilities. Outdoor spa, decent fitness center, plenty of activities in the area.

Only one free parking stall per room (inconvenient for groups that convoyed two or more vehicles; other parking options are either too expensive a far) and the reception staff was not consistently at the desk (had to wait a while a couple of times to be assisted).

Convenient location near multiple ski resorts, clean room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, up-to-date TV, great complimentary coffee within the room, nice gym and hot tub/jacuzzi, cozy and spacious lounge area, and Elkay bottle filling station.

There is no free coffee station in the morning. You have to stand in line and pay for the bar tender to pour you a cup of coffee. I travel for a living and stay at many hotels around the globe. Every hotel has a free coffee station set up for the morning travelers.

Checkin was very slow. Staff was very hospitable but seemed very busy.

Enjoyed breakfast and lounge options in hotel. Enjoyed the fitness room and hot tubs. We were there on a Monday and the one hot tub was very funky and the other not working.

Breakfast was nice. Dinner a little less so because a snow storm kept fresh food from being delivered. Service was great.

The bed wasn’t as comfortable, a bit too firm especially the sheets, just not soft.l, kinda stiff.

No coffee in the lobby at 8:30a. Lady behind desk was rude and said she would not make more and we had to purchase it from the bar. This at 8:30a.m!! No breakfast offered.

The glass in the bath room doors is a bad idea. If someone needs to use overnight it lights up the whole room. The front door wasn’t hung right and lots of light came thru the side of the door. The fan vent in the bathroom was very dirty.

We came in to do the Copper Triangle--I think that most of the hotel was filled with cyclists for the event. Breakfast didn't start until after after our start at 6 am. I think when you have that many people missing breakfast--you could at least put out coffee and fruit or something

When we checked in, the toilet didn't flush properly told front desk and they said it would be fixed when we returned from going out for dinner...it still wasn't totally functioning upon retuning correctly and in morning did not work well at all.
