Element was amazing super clean. I took clorox to clean for myself and my clorox wipes had no dirt or dust. Breakfast, pool, the whole place was amazing. Loved the complimentary wine and cheese.

Got King with pull out sofa instead of 2 doubles. Big mistake the pull out is awful. And with bedroom area closed and temp set at 68 the bedroom was very hot and the bath and sofa area cold.

Great people there on all levels. Breakfast was great, great experience.

Parking is not good because of the club where non hotel guests are parking

The room and location was amazing. Concourse club was great. Great view on NYC. Great food and drinks. Had a DJ for Friday night. Room was a suite with living room, room with closing door, and full kitchen.

The pillows were a bit flat. Be aware that if you are visit the American Dream mall on a Sunday, 90 percent of the retail stores are closed. We didn't realize NJ still has this Blue law.

Nice hotel near the American Dream Mall and Met Life Stadium. Has a pool, fitness room, and a very nice breakfast. There is no restaurant on premise except for the nightclub on the top floor. We did not visit it. We had no problems with parking. Even with a wedding in the club. Heard a little music. The rooms have a kitchen. With plates, utensils, etc. Large bathroom. 2 full beds and a large pull out couch. The room even had a whit noise generator. Friendly staff and clean.

They allow pets, so unfortunately my family and I suffered with allergies the entire stay.

Property is new, efficient, clean. Staff is professional and polite.

There is a guy that parks your car there on Saturday is very nasty he problem child. This should be fired.

Everything about the hotel. They are very friendly and helpful. I love the Aminties. They have plenty of parking for disable. There is a club right downstairs.

The location maybe needs a parking deck, finding a parking spot on weekend was challenging. Also, breakfast could have been a little better. Especially on weekends, traveller's are more active and needs a more hearty breakfast.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The size of the room and the full kitchen was amazing. Also, the hotel was pet friendly which saved us from having to board our pet. I would stay there again.

Water took 10 minutes to get hot! Also the pressure is low. And could use some meat products on the weekends because that is most of people’s travel. Add a few more hot products to offer besides ones that not everyone likes.

There was no parking in the evening. There were cones blocking spots, apparently reserved for people going to the bar. Also, the oranges we got for breakfast were moldy inside.

That I paid for my stay there and wasn’t offered a parking. Guest for the club were more prioritized over the guest of the hotel. I had to walk through the parking lot through Wendy’s with my family which included my two kids.. it was uncalled for.

It's a eco friendly hotel .... with other words.. low water pressure for showers

Spacious rooms. I love that they have rooms with a a kitchen. Definitely with a big family with little kids. Friendly staff. Surprisingly good breakfast. The location is perfect. 30 minutes from door to door time square

the cost, I believe I woefully overpaid- possibly by $200; also there is a nightclub next door so the noise is a bit much on nights when the club is open. i was on the 2nd floor; with room towards the front of the hotel and so the noise rose and disrupted my sleep.

given my plans, the location was perfect. also. 4!3 proximity to nYC made it very appealing.
