I wasn't able to check in until 530pm because my room wasn't ready. Rooms are very small! Any "suite" I've stayed in has been much bigger. I skipped the ALL CARB breakfast, that's no good for me. More parking spaces!

What in the world is up with the flashing smoke alarm light?!? Strobe light flashes every 10 seconds or so and it's right over the bed. WAY too bright and disturbing and needs to be addressed. If I had stayed more than 1 night I would've asked for a piece of tape to cover it up. Luckily I was so tired I was able to sleep through it.

Loved the made to order self-serve coffee/espresso machine in the lobby!

Communication was not great. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels since COVID policies did little allow for room cleaning. We were not told of this policy but found out when we ran out of towels.

Everything- majority of staff disinterested, unhelpful, one was really surly, noise, heat vent in room blew directly on you in bed. Ridiculously expensive

Everything. It was quiet the staff was friendly and the room was clean. I initially booked for 3 nights and extended my rooms for one more day and it was quick the staff were more than happy to help. Definitely will stay again.

Breakfast was mediocre, the room service wasn’t up to standard, noisy rooms and only one elevator. The stay was good but not the stars this hotel claims to be.

They downgraded my room to a standard although I paid for a suite. No pillows or lines provided for pull our bed even after multiple requests and til second night at 8pm. Couch, pull out mattress coated in mattress and food. Food wrappers under end of counter. Bathroom floor floor sticky and coated with dark hair. Called and walked to front desk multiple times over 2 days. End of 2nd day I came back to hotel around 3 to read then nap( or so I thought) because I didn't feel great. Nothing was done. Back to front desk "So sorry, going to send someone right now and credit your account to the convention promo rate for the weekend at least!! So sorry." Back upstairs....I read for 20 minutes....OVER 4 more HOURS later a young gentleman shows up (NO Nap!!) saying it was the 1st time he heard of any issues. UGHH. 3 week now and to my astonishment, I have still not received my billing adjustment!!!!!!!!! Not sure if I should mention the nasty eggs.

Low flush toilets, requiring up to 6 flushes to clean the toilet. Our card did not work to allow us entrance of one of the elevators to our floor Our towels removed from our room and not replaced to the following day.

My first room smelled like pet cleaner, my second room - while clean had no soap, and the stomping of the room upstairs and the very loud next door neighbors, I could plainly hear through the wall and had to knock on the wall after 10pm.

I only attempted breakfast on one day - and I had to wait 15 min for more coffee to be brought out at 7am

no body soap, loud voices in adjoining rooms, was not as clean in the bathroom as I would have expected. one of the elevators had hand prints and smudges my entire stay which tells me they are rarely cleaned.

The noise from the adjacent freeway was terrible - for that reason I wouldn't stay here again The hotel knows it is noisy as they provide ear-plugs next to the bed! The smoke alarm fitted above the bed flashes a bright light in your face all night long

The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Access to freeways very easy
