Someone had rearranged the television connection and I was not able to make it work. When I talked to the front desk, I was told that sometimes guest brought thier own equipment for games etc and that I could just rewire it. I enjoy a little television in the evening and it would be nice to not have to do a wiring job before I can.

Pool not quite finished so couldn’t use. Had quite a bit of trouble getting a Lyft or Uber as the area doesn’t have many around )as travellers who came in on the bus). Best for people passing through by car only. It’s quite far from town and we didn’t feel comfortable walking to the local coffee shop etc. along the main road.

No pool or spa as expected from all of the websites. The price should have been discounted based on that even more because I could’ve called and booked through hotel cheaper Very disappointed in Booking.com

I booked with the expectation of a pool and spa off of Booking.com, which did not indicate that it was closed. I get to the hotel and there’s no pool or spa because it’s closed for renovation that would’ve been nice to know in advance because I would’ve booked the different hotel that had what I was looking for.

Breakfast. Hair dryer didn't work. Room wasn't serviced after first night, I complained upon returning in late afternoon. Need to commend the gentleman at the front desk, who I suspect serviced it himself after first saying nothing could be done since housekeepers were gone.

The bath fan in this room sounded like a blender. Breakfast is a very basic continental.

This was our second stay here in a week because Ellensburg is the halfway point to and from our destination. It's a good one night stay. Clean enough (just don't look under the beds in room 108) comfortable enough, quiet enough.

The fridge was super loud. The bed was really really hard. And the shower felt like it didn't have support under it

The property needs updating and some general maintenance. The side entry door drags on the threshold so much that it makes a loud metal-on-metal sound and doesn't open or close easily. I'm uncertain whether the card lock works properly.

Clean and comfortable enough for a one-night stay at 84 USD total charge. Breakfast was the basic carb-heavy stuff. Breads, cereal, waffles, yogurt, and sausage links in a warmer. The beds were softer than I prefer but ended up being comfortable. I will stay here again because I'm cheap.

Your front entrance should have handicap automictic buttons. Thankfully the front desk person came very quickly and helped with the door. The morning person was not so friendly.Our room was nice, but the bathroom needs some TLC around the shower floor as the dampness has started to show signs of mold around the floor trim on both sides and coming apart. The plug button in the sink kept falling off. What I would like to see with all Motels for handicap rooms is the beds to be lower. It's not easy to get into and out of a bed that is leveled so high when your handicapped.

Checking in was nice and the front desk person that day was very helpful. Very friendly and warm smile. I appreciated her assistance.

Internet weak signal, requested quiet room, but room window faced highway so could hear droning sounds of cars until well into the night. But possibly that was meant to be white noise, to drown out television noises from adjacent rooms. Not sure a quiet room is even possible no matter what the hotel.

Bathroom needed work, non-skid coming up, someone easily cod have tripped over it especially if they could not walk very well. Bathroom also had two rotten areas around the shower.
