Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The rest room in room wasn't clean , hair on floor and tub , for the rate I paid wasn't very clean, high priced for the quality of the room

The cleanliness of the hotel could be better. Not sure how often they vacuum the hallways but it was clear that during our two day stay it was not vacuumed. There was a trail of potatoes and other food with ketchup that spilled on the floor from another guest (I'm assuming kiddos or parents with their hands full) and when we returned later that evening the trail was still there minus the big chunks of potatoes. In our room you can see where the mopping stopped in the bathroom, the vanity is open underneath and the line is very noticeable. Between the lack of cleaning in the halls and possibly the rooms it does cause concern since this is also a pet friendly hotel. Also to us it is odd that a hotel that has a large parking lot charges their guest to park during their stay. Seems a bit like price gauging in areas that should be included in the high price of the hotel.
The location of the hotel was prefect for why we were traveling to ABQ. Walking into the lobby area was cute and welcoming, very easy to figure out where we needed to go. The open area was comfortable for breakfast and the evening cocktails. The staff were amazing, very kind and friendly. This goes for the staff at the bar, breakfast area and the normal hotel staff.

The toilet could have used a better clean. and the soap dispenser for the shower was empty but all else was great. They need more plugs so females can sit in the floor by a mirror to dry hair and put makeup on and also need a 2nd trash can in the bathroom.

I did not like that coffee kurig did not work. I did not like being charged for the parking at the hotel.

The shower was terrible. Shower head dripped on us rather than came out with some force. Water was lukewarm at best. The shower had someone else’s long hair in it. For such a nice hotel, this was disappointing.

Minor thing: only one washcloth for two people. Didn’t call for one, because it was late.
Breakfast was great. Omelette was cooked perfectly. Happy hour was very well done . Staff was very pleasant.

Only thing we missed out on was the free breakfast but that wasn't hotel's fault, we left for our flight too early! But I'm sure it was a great buffet. :)
Close to airport, so that was why we chose to stay there. Also an employee Rose was super friendly and spoke to us and other guests while down at the "happy hour" reception on Saturday evening. She couldn't have been nicer.

We were out of shampoo, and the drain from the tub was clogged.
Breakfast is ready good! The coffee the drinks, we enjoyed the omelette station.
