Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Parking lot automated gates caused excessive frustration . Eventually resulting in multiple check out charges. Hotel manager reversed the charges. The issue caused excessive delays. Your elevators are in need of maintenance to reduce downtime.
Location was good for our family. We enjoyed your hospitality hour plus tide bits and food afterwards.

Having to pay $12 for parking
The suite was had a separate living room and bedroom. Both were nice sized rooms. Embassy Suites always has a wide variety of breakfast food including an omelette bar

The air conditioning didn’t work well so we had to keep window open which made it noisy from nearby highway traffic

Bathroom a bit small and showerhead not very nice. You have to pay for and get a pass daily for parking.
Lovely and spacious hotel. Love having a suite room so that we have a separate living area and bedroom area. Comfy beds and pillows. Expansive breakfast included.

No heat. I don’t care what kind of “2”pipe system the embassy claimed to have. There was no heat, just cold ( that was communicated to me) someone took us a portable heater for our trouble. Not all the gym machines worked. We couldn’t load our luggage out the front of hotel due to property damage I asked for a room not near the elevators & got a room in front of elevators
The location and the breakfast was great. The hotel air fresher was pleasant and the cleanliness.

The couch was stained and worn out. The room colors and furnishings seemed outdated. The bathroom hardly as much room to navigate the sink and toilet and shower. It's tiny. While the happy hour idea is very nice, the food looked picked over and wilted. And it was shoved in the corner of the bar that you couldn't see it and had to climb over people to get there. Not a good fit at all. The hotel is located on a busy street not far from the freeway, so it can be noisy.
This hotel is located in a nice area with lots of restaurants and shopping. There is a unique flow as the building is centered around the middle atrium. The rooms were large and the beds were comfy, The one free drink and happy hour was a nice welcoming touch. There is a ton of room for guests to lounge around the fountain and bar. Pool was huge! The workout room was decent also.

Beds, especially the sofa bed were uncomfortable and the room was cleaned up not so great. The bathtub still had hair and there was a pair of dirty socks in there. Living room area was dusty.
Staff was friendly, room service was excellent, breakfast was amazing!

The AC in the rooms were not working it was so hot at night it was not really a comfortable stay this time, parking is no longer free

A little mold around the outer edge of the bathtub.
Nice vibe in the center lounge. Decent breakfast including eggs any style including omelets. Good dessert in the bar.

Two of the four are broken and don't work. A window in the second-floor hallway was broken, causing a commotion. Five police cars and officers cordoned off part of the area. I am relieved that my family was not involved in the incident. There are too few guards. I went out for a walk several times and there were no guards stationed in the parking lot or at the entrance. I am not even sure if they were there in the first place.
