The location was walking distance to restaurants & shopping.

The food was limited and the way it was served was not great. If we are going to use disposable tableware it should be plates as eating bacon from bowl was difficult. If you are sitting downstairs at the table we should be able to use proper plates. Only getting access to tea at breakfast. Coffee machine in room was difficult to use a kettle would be so much easier.

Room was lovely, comfortable great view and loved that it had a microwave in the room. Location was perfectly positioned just a short walk to Buckhead train station which meant we had good access to main attractions. We loved the happy hour and thought it was great way to relax and talk to people. Ruth’s Chris steakhouse was exceptional.

The parking garage is way too narrow. I scrapped the side of rim driving through. Too expensive daily rate. I didn't like the greeting I received upon checking in at desk. My refrigerator and iron didn't work properly. We had to switch rooms. On Saturday morning they took away the waffle machine. We just felt it was not worth the $800 ...period.

We felt like breakfast could be more organized. More coffee stations than just one. Maybe more cook to order stations. Staff need to be more attentive to French toast station. We were waiting a while just to get the French toast. The elevator situation was not so great.

While the room was nice and clean, the sinks in both rooms were not working properly. The lounge area sink only had cold water while the bedroom sink only had scalding hot water. We did provide this information to the desk staff.

We absolutely loved Keith our shuttle driver. What a treasure he is, very courteous, very attentive and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. He's a keeper !!

My issues were, the Valet was more expensive than the site (booking.com) indicated. Additionally, we didn’t have hot water the first morning but the problem was rectified. (It sure was a cold shower, that day)

Everything was alight for the most part.

Navigating the parking was not easy. The valet kept saying no, can’t go this way. But it took about 10min for him to finally come to the vehicle to say where to go. No easy way into the lot to park without checking in first.

Breakfast was wonderful! Lots of open space to work at so I didn’t have to be forced to stay in my room. The room was large and comfortable. It also was great to be able to take a phone call from the room, but work elsewhere.

Slow service to room, request put in to front desk room we stayed in A/C not working properly no air flow in room until we opened window . Parking over priced. Deck unkempt , grafitti on walls & construction materials strown about. Felt not secure.

The Shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was good but not replenished often enough for amount of people.

When we got there , hotel didn’t have hot water throughout the building & was never notified until we wanted to take showers with cold water !

Some of the outlets in my room wasn’t working; the GFI switch keeps turning off for the microwave; Front window curtain was partially torn

Room too hot had to open windows to cool room to sleep. Front desk , Morgan, needs more training , and needs coaching on how to respond appropriately to guests. He flared quickly and defensive. We had simply asked to split the room bill, he was not aware that it could only be handled at checkout, nor were we. Became defensive after another desk associate said itwould be done at .checkout. Said he had not been trained and did not know.

Housekeeping never changed the sheets on the bed. Checked in on Thursday and checked out on Monday and no clean sheets. Friday room was never cleaned at all. Saturday and Sunday we had to locate the housekeepers and ask them to clean the room , empty trash and give clean towels, but never was the room cleaned.

The breakfast options. You had to wait in line to make your own waffles. It wasn’t worth it. I thought all Embassy Suites had much better serve to order breakfasts.
