To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of Americathe air in the room did not cool well but they did provide us with a box fan that worked amazingly well housekeeping didn’t service our room until 6pm you have to pay $20 per night to park in their parking deck
2 room suites and made to order breakfast amenities and cocktail hour toiletries are normal size and not the itty bitty ones great location

United States of AmericaI went for the hot tub and it needs to be serviced it felt like I was sitting in a bath tub of warm water jets barely worked. For breakfast they only serve bacon Monday through Saturday. I should be able to have that choice any day of the week.

The room was spacious. It was sanitary and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of options. and enjoyed the afternoon snack. But most significant was our good experience with the front desk staff.

Me and my family loved our stay at this hotel. The location is safe and convenient because of the stores near by (target, starbucks, mall, bww &more). The staff were amazing. The breakfast was delicious! No noise complaints. Beds were comfortable. The view was pretty. Absolutely a 10/10. Will be returning soon!

I also didn't like the fact that I was told that my room was $329.00, but when I got there, I found out about a $100.00 damaging fee that I would have to pay. What if all that I had was the money for the room. Those things were disappointing, but overall, I had a great experience
