    Only one elevator was working for whole hotel and you had to push the open button or the doors wouldn’t open on your floor. They have also started charging $10/night for parking but you have to register your car with the license plate-and that required a trip back to the car when I was ready to relax.

    Nice rooms and breakfasts and free margaritas during happy hour.

    The elevators did not work. I am 74 years old and it was a disaster to have to walk up and down 8 flights of stairs to my room each time I went downstairs (2 flights per floor). Carrying all my baggage down the stairs at check out was enough to make me decide to never stay at Embassy again. They had no one to help me down the flights of stairs with my baggage. I tried to use the Service elevator but it never came and so I had to make multiple trips DOWN the stairs UP the stairs DOWN the stairs UP the stairs. Exhausting. I was sweating like crazy by the time I was finally loaded into my vehicle to make the 4 hour drive back home. Ugggg. The front desk was fully aware on Thursday that the elevators were out but did nothing to get them fixed by the time I checked out on Sunday. Also, Saturday night, a large number of young girls checked into Embassy. It was after midnight before they stopped screaming at each other down the enclosed stairs/hallways. The front desk refused to do anything about the girls.

    It was great once it was finally prepared. The omelet line needs a way to speed up production. Manager is very nice but working with a bad situation.

    Both elevators were out.

    It's alwsy the best value for us. Great breakfast options. Friendly staff.

    very low profile toilets. like for kindergarten. one elevator. very very very slow. long long waits.

    Computers down, trouble finding reservation. Initially assigned to an occupied room (took 2 key re-program) to finally determine that. Left and got the room charged again (had paid already).

    Traditional Happy hour required drink vouchers - never ran into this at the property before. It didn’t limit our drinks but it was a pain to keep track of. We stayed at an Embassy property in Denton 2 weeks ago and didn’t have the same requirement.

    The bathroom toilet was wobbly and leaking water. The bathroom sinks drain was not operating and water would take long to drain.

    The staff was great and very accommodating.

    AC was very loud and couldn’t turn up. Room was cold.

    The style of the room wasn't to my taste. Yes, it was nice and clean. However, not very modern. For example, the TVs were old with no streaming options. As well as a video montage of how to use a remote that was no longer in use for either television.

    Customer service was top-notch as always.

    Rooms were in fair condition, in need of an upgrade. Shower was like a water hose and could not be adjusted. Evening snacks were not so great.

    Breakfast was excellent with the omelette made to order.

    My shower didn't quite work right (the pull-up thingy that switches from tub to shower didn't quite work in room 526)

    The foldout bed was very thin an uncomfortable.

    The location was great with lots of food choices around. Even though it was crowded when we stayed, everything moved smoothly and the breakfast was excellent.

    Hot tub was not working and disgustingly filthy our first day there! That was the one thing we were looking forward to after a long day of walking the streets of Austin so that part was upsetting
