The breakfast did not offer turkey sausage. Only Embassy I've ever been that does not. To boot the staff said they did on our first morning only to find out the hotel never had it to begin with. Thumbs down from me.

Loud neighbors above us at all hours of the day/night. One outlet in the room was dangerous with a cord that had a cut in it. The pull out bed could definitely use a new mattress.

The amenities of the hotel were great, as well as all the staff! Room was clean and very spacious.

The dining area wasnt the cleanest. Floor had stains and chairs were scratched up. No hot tub.

The pool was a bit chaotic. I think there were probably too many people. We did not stay long at pool. The beds have a very thin blanket. If you are a cold person I would bring an extra one. The pillows are small as well. Very comfy but way to small.

The hotel is very clean. It's close to mall and Paisley Park. Lots of food places and a Target next door. Breakfast was epic as always.

Just the nature of the setting but the pool was densely populated with more than one group without adult supervision. We left with our grandchildren for the evening.

I wished the bed was a queen size instead of a double as a handicap person need the room. Would of been nice to have a tv in the living space. There were 3 in the room and only 2 sets of towels. When I tried to call for another set no one would answer the phone. Should be a note or communication that the main switch for the lights needs to be on so the lights work.

Breakfast was delicious! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. The walk-in shower and hand-held head was convenient.

We had to switch rooms because the hot water wasn't working in the room we were originally booked in and the room we left had a queen bed and I had hoped for an upgrade or possibly a voucher or discount but none was offered and the room we were moved to only had a full sized bed and wasn't comfortable sleeping because of that. But that was 1 room out of 3 and the others were fine.

The breakfast adds a tremendous value and makes Embassy Suites a good value by comparison to other similar hotels. The overall decor is also pleasing and open, not fancy necessarily but pleasing.

Sadly the rooms we in disrepair.. broken floor lamps, broken outlet plates and tv’s did not work in first room.

The staff was great! Amber was able to assist Anna move me to a slightly better condition room.

The hotel was freezing, our entire group had to wear our jackets whenever we were outside our room.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, perfect for groups, and the breakfast was awesome.

We bring groups of disabled adults on tours all around the country. Most hotels allow us to eat in their main dining area so we can all eat together (when we have our own food, and especially when your bar/restaurant isn't even open) but this hotel doesn't, which means we're having them eat in groups of three, very uncomfortably, in their rooms. In the past we were able to have a couple group meals of delivered food in your huge breakfast area without problems. We were not happy that despite the fact that we requested "towels and garbage" be dealt with daily, this didn't happen. We bagged our own garbage and put it in the hallway, and we had to ask for towels every evening so our group of 9 could shower. the rooms are great...EXCEPT the sofa sleeper mattresses, which are absolutely horrible. The people in our group who were stuck on them were in pain all night. We do 20 trips a year, often have to deal with sofa sleepers, and these are the worst we've ever been stuck with. I did go to the desk and ask if there were extra mattress pads we could use, and we were given some thicker quilts to place on top of the coil pads on the sleepers. This actually helped a great deal. But I think it's time for Hilton to upgrade their sofa sleepers.

Breakfast...amazing. Erica who served our pizza during our Elvis show on Dec 22...also amazing. The guy who had to keep bringing us towels as we'd requested...amazing. Honestly, most of your staff are very good. The Omelet guys are fantastic! We love the layout of the rooms with 2 beds and a separate sleeping area. We've stayed here before and believe that it's cleaner than it was last year. Thank you. We requested all rooms are on the ground floor again, and you made it happen (thank you Seth). This is so helpful as staff are running from room to room to assist with our developmentally disabled clients many times daily.

It would have been nice to have extra pillows and blankets in our room. The restaurant wasn't open until 5 which would have been nice to have a beverage and a bite to eat in the afternoon

Our top sheet had a quarter size hole in it at our feet. When I rolled on my side my toe went in that hole & got stuck, couldn't figure out what happened. My husband got up and got my toe out & found the hole. What are the odds!

It’s was very cold in my room . I didn’t know how the heat worked . It snowed the whole two days I was there. And the people upstairs from me was really loud .

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. Our check in was delayed due to the Wi-Fi was down temporarily, but I understand that it wasn't your fault. Everything else was great!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! I appreciated the noon check out time. The whole experience was very pleasant.

The room is a bit dated but perfectly acceptable. Biggest negative was the design of the hotel which makes sound from the atrium carry. There were kids running around unsupervised, coming into the fitness facility or banging on doors.

Easy to get to shopping and on/off freeways. The room was comfortable and provided a good amount of room. Decent fitness facility.
