We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe rooms need updating as carpets are worn and musty smelling. The hotel needs some plants and greenery overhanging indoor balconies. Needs some colours as very bland old worn decor.
The hotel was nice with comfortable beds and very friendly helpful staff but needs refurbishment.

United KingdomWe had to move rooms cos the first one had a strong smell of weed coming through the vents in the bathroom. Staff were very helpful but bear in mind this is a non smoking hotel. Second room was smaller and smelled odd, like a drain smell. By this time it was about half ten so we just put up with it has we’re only staying one night. Staff were great - this is not a criticism of them. We understand the rooms would soon be remodelled. This hotel is about 20 mins drive from the beach.
Restaurant and bar was pretty good. Rooms were comfortable and spacious.

Also I must say that sofa bed was very uncomfortable and it only had the pillows from the sofa. I forgot the safety latch on the door was broken.

United States of AmericaThe bathroom ceiling tile came down, and we couldn't shower. Place needs to be remodeled. The mattress is old, and the pillows are gone. The carpet in the room had holes. Furniture needs to be updated. The chairs in the reception need to be clean or reupholstering.

United States of AmericaI didn't like that the inside of the hotel looked like they just remodeled it, and the room looked outdated. They did not match, it looked like you walked into a completely different hotel and not for the better. The room was kinda small, and some of the furniture in there was worn or stained. There was a balcony but no chairs to sit outside. I asked for room service four times before anyone came up. They would only give you one towel and one toilet paper roll every time we asked for more. The pool was green so you couldn't even use the pool.
I liked that it was pretty close to everything we did down there. The staff was friendly. It was nice they gave you a complimentary drink in the evening. Overall it was a nice stay. It was a short stay so it was fine but probably won't stay again.

United States of AmericaThe room is very dark with not enםוgh lightingת the beds were big but matrasses had seen better days with a dent in the middle . the bed skirt was torn and the linens could be newer and in better fit for the bed and pillows. The bathroom's mirror frame was not clean and you could see old tooth past and soap scamp on it. even though they provided daily cleaning - it was very minimal for changing the towels and empty the garbage. The carpet was old and smelled like mold, I did not want to walk barre foot on it.
The hotel lobby is very big , friendly front desk service. they gave complimentary free drinks on the Holiday. Lots of free parking, close to many shopping and restaurants. The room/ suit is very big with separate sitting area.
