I stayed a couple of nights. Find strange that there were no bottles of water at the room. I have stayed at other Embassy at the States, and chips and water has been offered as complementary. Also, my room was not cleaned, that was strange.

All staff members that I interact with from the check - in, to the bar, at the restaurant, acted very friendly and helpful.

More lighting in bedroom

Thw whole hotel had a welcoming feeling, extremely clean and food was great. The rooms were clean, bedding was fresh and beds were comfortable.

The pool didn’t seem to be heated so the kids didn’t stay in long but it was fine.

At this price point, I expected much more comfortable beds. The beds felt more like a sleeper sofa than an actual mattress. The beds were too hard, and the pillows were too soft (not supportive). I also wish there was information about breakfast posted prominently in the room. There is an awesome (and free) omlette bar, but I didn't know about it until after I'd already eaten the powdered eggs, overcooked sausage and rubbery pancakes. Again, at this price point, I expected MUCH more.

The room was spacious and clean, dark at night with the blackout curtains, and logically laid out. Check in and out were quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great and easy to get to off of the expressway. Parking was easy and free.

Need earlier shuttle to airport! We had a 7:00a flight and first shuttle trip was 6:00a, so had to arrange other transportation to the airport. Room was dark ... dark wallpaper, dark wood and weak lighting made it a bit gloomy and difficult to read. Kitchenette had no plates, sliverware, glasses, napkins or anything else to use in preparing and consuming food. Room had no paper, pens or anything to write on or with.

Excellent breakfast! Property well-kept and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking close to the building.

This place is absolutely beautiful! So clean and spacious. The managers reception hour was so nice ! I’ve never stayed at a place with that. The building is beautiful and modern. Decent breakfast as well. They have a nice layout with plenty options. Bathrooms is huge and smells so nice.

Stayed for 4 days with a family of 5 in 1 room. As windows cannot be opened and room service was cancelled due to shortage of staff and hardly any racks to hang up towels, they did not dry and room was moist and humid

Excellent breakfast, staff was very friendly and helpful, shuttle service to the airport free of charge and very useful: lift was set to exactly fit our itinerary

My original suite had a frayed couch and table that had scratches, water marks and the stained finish was worn off. I let the front desk know I wanted a different room as this one doesn't meet the expectations of a suite at an Embassy Hotel. Also some people in front of me and then next in line received a gift bag and I didn't. I figured it was probably for some type of membership, but I was surprised they didn't explain whatever perks members have.

Breakfast was just ok. Scrambled eggs were cold and not good. Sausage was burnt. Not many options to choose from. Like fruit, pancakes, waffles. Omelets we’re outstanding!!! Staff was very nice and helpful tho.
