Room furniture worn and couch had burn marks, lack of easily accessible information regarding pool and breakfast hours, dinner options. QR codes didn’t give great information. Dining QR code only shoes a very limited room service menu. No way to find out what hotel dinners offered.

The stay was great I was traveling with 3 teenagers and we were really looking forward to some pool time at the end of a long day but unfortunately there were close to 20 small and very loud children in the pool with only about 3 adults superving after 9 pm maybe you could offfer an hour at the end of the day for adult swim.Definitely not a complaint just a suggestion so that everyone can enjoy the amenities.

Check-in was delayed for close to an hour; had dinner reservations and were unable to freshen up in our room prior to going to dinner. Since I have stayed at this property in the past and never had this issue, I will probably continue to book but very frustrating

There were 2 things that stand out. 1. The idea of breakfast included and a Happy Hour are great, but they often ran out of food, it was often packed well beyond capacity with no where to sit so we had to go back to our room. The selection of food items at the happy hour were rather bleak. To remedy the problem extend the hours for both breakfast and the Happy Hour by an hour so it lessens the throng of people trying to get served and allows for people to come and go more evenly giving people places to sit and relax and relax, not feel like they are on a reality eat or get eaten reality show. And REPLACE the food items if they are gone. don't "run out" when it is advertised. 2. It is rather expensive for what you get. As mentioned above I was willing to try with breakfast and happy hour included but since these were both VERY disappointing I would not stay here at that price again.

all the advertising said that the food and bar are open until 11. there’s no notice of when lady call is so when me and my partner were looking to order a bottle of prosecco we were turned away by the bartender at 10:40 and room service completely didn’t answer the calls. the bar tender also seemed to hate her job but we all have off days so it didn’t ruin the experience just disappointing cause we were there to celebrate our anniversary

i liked how clean the entire property was. we got two free drinks each per night we were there (during happy hour) the free made to order breakfast was so good and the cook making the food was super nice

The pool was obnoxious. The fact it goes unregulated and you can tell, there were plenty of people who were not actual hotel guests screaming and acting a fool in there, making it uncomfortable for my 7 year old. The parade of people from the pool must have been in a room on our floor because there was a lot of screaming and inappropriate 330am behavior in the hallway. There needs to be a better job done of regulating unregistered folks in the hotel, because they put a damper on paying guest's time.

We loved the breakfast with Tommy, and the room. We had a corner suite.

The food in the restaurant in the evening was average. It's pricy and you expect something good. The hamburger, wings, and salmon were overcooked. The Kajune pasta was OK. The breakfast is pleasant, but you will not see even one vegetable.

The spotless hotel where everything is maintained well, however, the property is somehow outdated. The waitress on our dinner was outstanding.

there was nothing that jump out at me that i could not adjust to.

We came to Syracuse for a college tour at Syracuse University but got into town too early so we requested early check in. It rained a lot that morning we were tired after 4 hours of driving but were prepared to wait in the car until a room was ready. not only did we get a chance for early check in but the very nice reception staff insisted that we have a seat in the lobby until our room was ready. she said, ' don't go out in the rain, sit here and take a load off'. I was so grateful for this kind woman who give us each a bottle of water and told us to relax until the room was ready which took a few minutes. I cannot remember her name but i can sure remember her kind smile and effort. Thank you so much.

Pool temperature. Prices in lobby store.

Breakfast was good. Staff was exceedingly kind. I was told the two room suite would have a queen bed in each room but, upon arrival, I was disappointed to see that the two queen beds were in the same room, as I had my teenage daughter with me. The room was very clean. The sliding door to the bathroom had no lock. I went to the store in the lobby and two 16 oz. sodas, a bag of Skittles, and another small candy were $15.00, which was steep. Bartenders were personable, friendly. Pool was COLD!

Our room wasn’t cleaned. I had to call 2-3 times asking for fresh towels- on day two they were delivered, but on the last day- no one brought anything. We ended up with a huge pile of wet towels and no fresh towels to use.

Location was great, breakfast was good, stuff in the kitchen/breakfast are was great- helpful and accommodating, all the ladies maintaining the cleanliness of the breakfast area were extremely nice

Traveling with small children our room choice made sleeping arrangements very comfortable. The room was spacious and breakfast being included was an added bonus. Also a central location to the downtown area and a overhead bridge connecting to the Destiny USA mall made this location ideal.

Having the room for wich i made a reservation (they could not find my reservation, even with a reservation number!) Receiving th bill via email as asked. I did not received a bill, so I don't know how much i have paid for this travel, and i need this information for my taxes. The meal at the restaurant was not good

We come there to get away and relax. Love the late check out. We will literally check out close to 12. But on this stay cleaning staff starting knocking on our door at 10am and then seemed like they knocked every 15mins until we left. This was very bothersome. So many things we like about this location. But that was very annoying because we literally come there to get away. Eat breakfast go back to sleep for a bit etc.

I was traveling with my elderly father who uses a cane. I noticed that the carpet had several pulls along the hallways that made me concerned about him tripping. The price. It seemed very expensive for Syracuse, NY.
