The room was supposed to have queen beds but had full size, the pool wasn't heated like is says, had to pay $12 for 1 night of parking, some of the staff were rude but some weren't.. pull out bed didn't have sheets, and no one answered the phone when I called to get them.. for $200 for 1 night, I expected more, especially since I have stayed at cheaper hotels that were better..

The hotel itself wasn't that bad, but there were several things that were not good.. 2 drinks from the bar and the breakfast was good..

Dirty stained sheets and large stain on floor. Pool closed. Loud lobby from 9pm-midnight. Bugs found in room. Old drink from previous visit still in fridge. not enough towels. room was dated for the price we paid.

Loved the location to the convention center. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great. check in and out was lovely. Staff nice.

The pool area was in pretty rough shape for an Embassy Suites. This is the 4th or 5th Embassy Suites I've been to and the first one where I was very unimpressed with the pool. Our room smelled very musty/moldy. The wall in the bathroom looked like there was water damage.

The view of the river and the Cincinnati skyline are incredible. I was not prepared for how great the location is. The breakfast was wonderful. The price was fantastic. The staff was nice. The lobby is beautiful. I would stay here again.

When we confirmed the booking, we were told we would be on a higher floor River view room and on the same floor since it was our wedding night and my parents were taking our daughter for the night. This ended up not being the case. We were given a room on the third floor. We were also told nothing was going on at the hotel yet we walked into a convention going on. The hotel was very very busy. Our room had a smell to it and was left unlocked when we initially entered. I didn’t need a key to enter. Secondly, this room was going to be used for my bridesmaids to get ready in with me the morning of my wedding on Saturday 10/14/23. Our mirror light in the bathroom never worked and we were told that maintenance could fix it but the entire thing would have to be taken off the wall. It was an inconvenience for my bridal party while getting makeup done. The bathroom had what looked like blood on the bottom of the toilet and only had 1 roll of toilet paper and barely any tissues. I had asked for a crib for my 16 month old daughter but it was never delivered so I’m glad I brought a pack and play as a backup. Overall okay stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was outstanding both mornings.

Booked room for 395.01 through your website. When I went to check in they said that there wasn't a reservation for me. Made me rebook for 588.97, a 193.96 price difference. Are your bookings not guaranteed? If so how do I get my extra 193.96 back?

The process of getting to elevators for parking was inconvenient depending on what level The eggs on the breakfast bar were cold, bacon was so so, had to ask to get hot water dispenser to fill and working. Would have liked to have had biscuits and gravy Issue with reservation through booking.com- found no confirmation...had to pay for another room at a higher cost....still waiting on issue to be resolved. Unnecessary stress. Wasn't originally told about the parking validation....had to go back to car to get card to get it validated. Soap dispenser in shower was empty. Not enough towels.

Very confusing entry. Parking wasn't easy.Hotel desk delay for assistance.Rooms old soiled carpeting. Restroom ceilings cobbwebs,tub, soap holders and toilet paper holders all caulking showing not a nice look. Sink in second room leaked out to the floor when used. I am not making this up. The room was not worth the price I paid...And.. I booked through a. Discount .I also didn't like how desk person made me feel because she pointed out..I don't get free water because I booked that way in front of others when I merely ask about drinks. I was embarrassed. She ended up giving me 2 bottles of water but It was not comforting, the damage was done. By the way the discount only saved me about $20, so Its not like I didn't deserve the same treatment as every one of "her guests".. yes I caught that quote when she explained why my water was not given to me at check in. This is just a suggestion for you guys..make everyone feel like " your guest". regardless if they booked elsewhere and saved a mere $20. I didn't have to choose you. I don't think I will again because I chose you for royal experience and left feel like a peasant that paid way too much . Should have just went to Holiday Inn. Thank for your time.

The parking and trying to get to hotel. We are handicapped and use an electric scooter. Not very assessable. Took 30 minutes to enter room. Had to keep going back down to lobby to get new keys. Then they figured out the batteries were dead on the door keypad. We had 5 adults and 1 kid in our room there were 2 towels and 2 washcloths. Another time we had to go to lobby to get towels. For $300+ a night the rooms were not very grand. The sofa bed had no bedding. Once again had to go to lobby to get those.

When I first entered from the front on the street level, there were two homeless people sleeping on the couch and chairs. The signs to go up the elevator to the lobby were kind of confusing because that area looked like a lobby. Also once I parked and came into the building through the designated entrance there were stairs to get up until you made it to the ‘street level’. Then you had to take an elevator to the lobby, get out walk to the hotel elevator to get to your room level. I am handicapped and was not made aware of this at check in. Luckily there was a gentleman coming in behind me and he carried my suitcase up the stairs.

It's possible there was and unexpected staff shortage today, but: There was only one person checking people in and the line was LONG and the wait was LONG. Only one person running the bar for free drinks, plus taking meal orders. He was quick and courteous but the wait was longer than necessary! No one answered the phone when I attempted to order room service. I wish parking was free and not $12/day.

Free drinks and snacks were GREAT! Breakfast was WONDERFUL! Staff are friendly, courteous and pleasant! Our room was clean with a great view.

They said they valued my parking ticket and when we left it was not valued and cost me $62.00 dollars I had a line behind me so I had to pay so the cars behind me could get out.

When I checked out I asked that the parking garage fee be removed since I had lost the ticket and knew that I would had to pay again. I was assured it would be removed and I would see a credit on my credit card account. It was not, so I am stuck with a $12 fee along with the $20 I had to pay at the garage.

The hotel is in an excellent location for our annual trip to see a baseball game. The breakfast is always great, maybe the best reason to stay.
