The shower curtain would not close and so showers were cold and uncomfortable. Hot tub broken. Pool way too crazy with unchaperoned, over the top wild children. Breakfast not frequently enough restocked, cleaned, or staffed for how many people were there this weekend. Elevators not sufficiently working to handle so many guests.

Location is very convenient. Breakfast and managers reception are delicious and plentiful. Almost all staff were super friendly especially front desk, omelet station, and room housekeeping. Room well laid out and comfortable and quiet for sleeping even when halls were filled with loud hyper kids.

It was a bit crowded. That's to be expected though, being a college town on a football weekend. So, a bit noisy and lots of young folk running around.

Embassy Suites Columbus was a nice location just outside the airport. Spacious room, good breakfast and the manager's reception was also fun. Wish we could have tried out the pool.

When I went to check in the first time the lady was extremely rude since I was there at 3 and not 4. I told her I requested early check in but no big deal if the room wasn't ready. All she said after that was "check in is at 4" I then asked if I could be notified if it becomes ready before 4 and she said just come back at 4. I was very close to just checking in at another hotel but decided not to since this was so expensive. Luckily when I came back she wasn't there and it went a bit smoother but still had a bad taste in my mouth. I know people have bad days but I felt she was taking it out on me and almost caused lost business.

There is not enough staff for cleaning. When checking out, the staff couldn't give my checked out receipt but suggested to have it emailed to me. I have not received any email.

On arrival, the room given to us was smelling of cigarettes. Highly disappointed 😞

Their staff is pretty awesome and professional though. You’ll encounter some pretty decent people around the bar area also.

They not have enough staff to keep the hotel clean, especially public floors around Elevators and bathroom. He finally on the third day asked him to clean up the chicken that had been in the eating area from the first day.

When I checked in the First Lady I met was very rude. She couldn’t find my reservation at first so I searched for my email confirmation. When I had it and shower her, she just started telling me about the WiFi and what time breakfast started. I asked did she need my email, she said no, I have your reservation pulled up. Also my room was never cleaned and I was there three nights. I had to go to the front desk each time to ask for clean towels and rags.

Everything was great! It was clean, location was great and breakfast was delicious.
