Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location was a little suspect. Seemed like the area had many police cameras and signs warning people about potential theft. I'm glad the cameras were around, but it gave an uneasy feeling.
The staff was friendly, and our room was made each day. The breakfast that was included was great, and the people working the omelet station were friendly and efficient.

Room was clean, but there were some things that needed work; loose toilet paper holder, sink knobs were very hard to turn on and off, shower turn on barely worked and water pressure was low.
Close to locations of the things we were visiting. Staff was friendly.

The beds are terrible! Duvet covers were really gross. Had not been washed for quite some time.

Door lock was difficult to fully lock. Unable to print out bill at check in as computer system was down

It was odd that the bathroom did not have a working vent. The mirrors were foggy and had started to turn the walls with the constant humidity.
We had a suite room around the rotunda. The suite between the events and the bedroom allowed for a peaceful sleep.

The one complaint I have is the sofa bed mattress. It was horribly uncomfortable. I slept maybe a full 3 hours due to the springs digging into me in any position I turned.
I loved the decor. The breakfast was outstanding! Loved how it was made fresh and the options were great! Staff was polite and very accommodating!

Just a personal observation but more allergy friendly foods would be nice, gluten free and dairy free choices. Also while there the weather turned bad and snowed, the sidewalks and drop off area were slick and seemed to not be treated or plowed very well.
we always enjoy this hotel. Our grandson is loves with elevators so he was on cloud 9. We loved the jacuzzi, the beds were very comfy and our room was refreshed and cleaned while we were there. The made to order breakfast is always a hit.

The restaurant was not what we would like for dinner. We ate in downtown Denver.
The breakfast was OK. Whole wheat bread would have been better. The area was quiet, unlike downtown which was bustling.

There was no mention of a fee to park on booking.com, so it was a surprise when i was charged. And they have two, very slow elevator to service each side of building. No maps showed stairs, and I looked bc waiting 5 min for each elevator was not pleasant.
I liked breakfast. Breakfast cooks were fabulous.

Our door did not secure properly and needed maintenance to take care of it (which was done relatively promptly). Also the website for the site indicated that the pool was not available (so we did not bring suits) and that masks were required. As we traveled by plane we would have appreciated a complimentary ride to/from the airport.
Breakfast was exceptional. The food was well prepared, with a variety of options. We also appreciated the early evening snacks and drinks. These amenities add value to the stay and were appreciated. The front desk staff, specifically Paul, was very pleasant, professional and represented the organization in a very positive manner. We also liked the size of the room, and the separation of the sitting area and the bedroom.

There were no USB charging ports in the room, this day and age they are a necessity to charge your phones. Also the price of rooms is a little higher then others in the area.
Clean, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The breakfast was great and the cocktail reception is a nice addition.

The location was right off the freeway so that was good but it was in the middle of an industrial/business area with nothing useful (store, restaurant) arround. And its not close to downtown or other tourist site but I knew that going in.
We had a room with 2 beds and a living room. It was spacious, well laid out and the furniture was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. It had a lot of variety and the eggs and omelets were cooked to order.
