We had booked a room for 4, arrived from a 10.5 hour flight and the kids’ sofa bed wasn’t made up and bedding wasn’t obvious, had to hunt around half asleep and make up the bed. We didn’t have enough towels for 4. Appreciated the drink facilities but we also only had 2 cups, 2 creams, 2 coffee and one tea bag. Room was not set up for 4 people. Wrote a note for housekeeping but they never came in our two day stay. Also lady at reception at check-in gave us zero info eg breakfast times, use of the pool. One of those hotels where photos don’t quite live up to reality. I thought the decor was a little dark and slightly depressing but I suppose it was just the style. I suppose I was expecting a bit more. It could do with a taxi pick-up area, they weren’t allowed in valet parking which meant loading kids into Ubers on a busy road.

Nice to have space for a family of 4. Small pool that my kids enjoyed. Breakfast had a good selection which we enjoyed and it was included. Central location but we got Ubers everywhere as wasn’t that great to walk around with kids.

Parking was horrible unless you used the valet, which wasn't great. Had to pay extra for valet and didn't like giving up my key for the night. I know we were downtown, but we were on the 7th floor and could definitely hear everything going on outside on the road.

We like how nice and friendly the staff were. Rooms were nice. It is across the street from the convention center, which is where we were going. Breakfast was great.

Parking was a bit expensive. We really didn't need valet parking. A secure hotel garage would have been fine. But we knew this when we booked the place, so I can't complain.

Breakfast was superb. The location was central, and we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. our room was big enough for 5 people without feeling cramped. Staff was friendly and efficient. Valet Parking was convenient, since we wanted to leave our ski gear in the rental van and a public lot would have been risky.

Stayed here for Decadence, the check-in took over 30 minutes. The staff were doing the best they could but seems the hotel needs to work on some processes to make that more efficient. The cost of $52 per day to park is just too high. Seems that should be more in the $25-30 range.

The breakfast was excellent!! Very easy to access, well laid out, and included much more than you could ever want! Very quiet rooms, respectful guests, elevator never had much of a wait. Probably will stay here again! Really easy fast check out

Employees were kind and were attentive to my questions which I appreciate. Valot employees were wonderful and patient with my questions, Chris was very kind and works amazing.

Some trash bins in the hallways were full of trash and nobody emptied them Most rooms were empty and I got a room kinda far from the elevators Bananas for breakfast were not good, kinda dark

The cleaning staff was very polite. But our trash was not picked up and not enough towels provided for the number of guests in the suite. We stayed 3 nights.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The crowds at both the breakfast and happy hour events indicate their popularity. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food. Happy hours appetizers were good.

Checking in, I didn't realize how big the hotel was and was not told which floor I was staying on. I went back to the desk to ask which floor, since it had not been told to me. The younger gal looked at me as though I was an idiot and slightly snobbishly, told me the floor. There was a line, but in customer service, you don't let that show.

Having a separate bedroom with two T.V.s was very nice. Breakfast was awsome.
