The only problem with the room/hotel was that we were on the 3rd floor and it took forever for us to get hot water in the shower and sink. We "wasted" a lot of water just letting it run until it got warm. We never really got hot water, but it was warm enough to take a shower. the water ran for more than 5 minutes before we got warm water. That situation needs to be corrected. Water is too precious to waste.

the location of the property was perfect. It was easy to find. It was only 2 blocks from the medical facility we had an appointment at. the room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the reception in the evening and the made to order breakfast the next morning. Although it was close to the interstate, the room was quiet.

The breakfast location was great because it was right in the center of the first floor. The food was excellent and the staff was very accommodating.

Breakfast food was tasty but some of the hot food was barely warm when taken from the trays. We had beakfast about 8am. Limited choice of beer on tap, but it was free, so no real complaints!

Front desk was VERY rude during night shift. Acted bothered anytime you had a question or asked for anything. Same with the "security." Paid for a premium room with snacks provided, nothing like the details said it would be. 2 chips was all that was there. What did I spend extra money for? App also states made to order room service for breakfast, it's buffet style which is no biggie but booking.com shouldn't falsely advertise for your establishment. Do not put anything in their safe it will lock you out when you try to open it and they have no one there to help reset it until what they tell you is 7am but they won't show up until whenever they stroll into work after 8am, so we woke up for no reason because we were told he would be right up at 7.

Restaurant was awesome. Bar tender was awesome! Destiny was super enjoyable to speak to! Very easy check in.

We liked the bathroom and shower but it was not convenient to have the bathroom be that small and have the handle to enter the shower that close to the toilet. We also didn't think that it was smart to put a group of kids next to our room. We were in a conjoining and the kids were knocking on the door but when we went into the bedroom, we couldn't hear them. We didn't complain because children will be children but there were other rooms that they could've gone to. The good thing is that we had a wonderful anniversary and the bedroom was soundproof, so the kids could have fun and so could we 😍

We liked the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. The room was also very comfortable. The breakfast and complimentary drinks were the best. All staff members were very kind and helpful. We liked everything about the hotel except for the bathroom and shower 😊
