We wish the hot tub was open for the winter so we could soak after skiing all day. We also wish the complimentary manager's reception was a full 2 hours as it typically is at other Embassy Suites locations.

The hotel was cozy and comfortable and in a prime location. They offered an array of breakfast options, including delicious cooked-to-order omelets. The staff were friendly and responsive and really made us feel welcome during our stay.

I’ve been to many Embassy Suites and the rooms weren’t not well taken care of. The carpets in the rooms looked and felt very dirty. But we were tired, it was late and the room was paid for. So we had no choice.

Location was good if you after traveling by like us.

I was extremely disappointed in my room. Hotel staff graciously accommodated a room change. Both rooms had malfunctioning air conditioning units. The better room that I was changed to was super disappointing in that several things were ripped and/or stained. The price should have reflected the shabby condition of the rooms and been a lot cheaper! Also, the electricity socket outlets were so outdated it would properly hold an iPhone charging wire. It kept falling off the wall.

Loved the outside ambiance and inside lobby. Happy hour was cool even though I do not drink. Really appreciated the breakfast in the morning! The bed was very comfortable as well as the pillows.

The living room desperately needed updating. The tables and chairs were flat and literally falling apart.

The free breakfast was great. The staff were super friendly and the price for what you get (larger room options) is overall a good deal.

inexperienced staff during check-in. we had to wait for quite a while for check in while the next counter was clearing up customers in a flash. ask for receipt for payment was told that it was auto however upon check my card it was wrongly billed extra more. lucky we check before check out. told staff and they could not resolve on the spot had to wait for manager to come in. in the end we left the hotel with the matter not yet resolved.

came back 20yrs later with my family for old memories as i loved my stay back then

postage stamp size bathroom in our king suite / work being done on roof causing problems with parking and inconvenience/ furniture in room needed update- torn cushion and very old upholstery on chair

Beds were so small. We have 5 in family, each bed like skinnier than a full. We had 2 beds, sofa bed, and really tight, and one child is small. Rooms small and tight too.

Amazing breakfast, made to order omelettes with a cook! Staff helpful. Had 2 TVs, that was nice.

The pool did not look very clean. I entered only once and felt the floor a bit slippery so I did not enter again. The signage to find elevators was not very good. The laundry room was very convenient but I had to wait a couple of hours for another guest to take their clothes from the washing machine before I could do my laundry.

The pool area was very comfortable. The location is perfect for NAU activities. The room was spacious and very comfortable for two people.

Our room had the curtains with lint on the far end. Had no USB connections. Your policy on handling washer and dryer ir the hostess on duty were not appropriate (no change, unable to charge 5.00 to the account to hand out quarters and bad attitude toward the issue of a tall Caucasian long blond hair and glasses on duty with Courtney (whom saved the bad experience) and probably a bit of decoration during the breakfast on the counters abd/or tables would add a festive touch to an excellent breakfast and fantastic staff

9 out of 10 associates are very well trained and go beyond their duties to make guests feel comfortable and welcome
