The desk clerk wasn't informative. She just handed me the room key and took my money. Not telling me where the room was located, where the elevator was located, didn't state the check out time, the wifi password, breakfast time etc. I had to ask her all this info. I'm use to the desk person explaining this information as I check out.

We did not like that our room was only cleaned one of the two days we were there. Also we did not like that there was no security or people around the breakfast to keep children from running through between the rows and by the food or at least tell them to not be running. The pool was nice but we could not use it because kids took it over.

The outside property was clean and safe. Inside the lobby was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was well stocked and we appreciated the omelet bar. The room we had was very nice but the bathroom was a bit dated and needed some extra detail paid to make it really clean.

The bed, as well as the pull out couch, were VERY hard and uncomfortable. All of our backs hurt quite a bit the next day. And the toilet stopped up, and needed to be plunged. Apparently, this must be a consistent problem for this hotel, as it is one of the phone system’s numbered options that one can call about on their phone operator menu. Although the rooms are spacious, they really need to be updated and refurbished with new mattresses and fixtures.

We loved the breakfast!The omelettes were so delicious, the cook making them was so nice! All of the people we encountered at this hotel were super friendly and nice. We enjoyed the manager’s reception in the evening very much!

The reception staff was excellent. The happy hour was great. My flight was very early so I missed the breakfast. I used a long term parking company that used the hotel's parking lot as the long term parking location for my car. I chose this hotel to stay at because of this long-term parking connection. Besides the costs this was an excellent experience.

The bar needs to be in a separate area with doors. We had a hard time sleeping until after the bar closed. The people at the bar were very loud, and we could hear them in our room.

When I checked in I was told it was a maximum weight for dogs. The issue is I called and sent an email prior to my check in date to find out if there was any restrictions/policies on pets and I was told no. So when I checked in the lady asked if my dog was 65 pounds or smaller , I said no. Needless to say I was very passed because I wanted to avoid this exact situation. After I explained I contacted the hotel prior and was told there was no restrictions just a pet fee she allowed us to stay. There were no other issues or concerns.

Staff at the front desk the morning of our check out was rude. you could tell she had a bad morning, because she was taking it out on others.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, The beds slept well, Interior was dated but still nice. The pool was relaxing. The location was centered around exterior amenities.
