The rooms and bathrooms could use an upgrade. We didn’t get a chance to swim because the pool was overly crowded and very noisy

Room 534 is outdated, had visible rust on the floor in bathroom and the vent in bathroom had water leaking ( maybe from AC).

The mattress was worn out, and I could feel the springs in the mattress. Also, one of the pillow cases did not appear to be clean. However, overall, we did have a good stay. And the staff works hard.

We didn’t like the bathroom facility of our room, it was pretty small, the shower wasn’t working properly and you could notice a lot of bad maintenance inside the bathroom (bathtub, mirror, door)

The room that the pool is in had a VERY strong bleach smell. There weren't any towels provided to use at the pool.

The heated pool was EVERYTHING for our kiddos. We booked this hotel for this main reason and it was worth it. The hot tub was an added bonus for the parents. There was a huge selection of breakfast foods.

Was disappointed that even 5 days after I left my card had a hold on it when I had already paid for the room in full.

I called front desk and asked for an extra blanket and sheets. They will not brought to me whoever the clean was that clean the room that morning did not put any rags back in the bathroom. Good thing I packed my own.

As we were a family of 6 in a double queen room, 2 of us had to sleep on the sofa bed, which was terribly uncomfortably. Not even one trash bin on the whole room or bathroom (at least in our room)

Spacious room with separate living room, 2 TVs, and comfy Queen beds. Nice hotel lobby and real big interior public spaces.

Maybe due to location and budget in building and renovation, Rooms were a little bit run of the mill but still nice. I probably would not go out of my way to stay here again. People tend to like the Luxury that places like this are known for. It would be like going to the Westin and having holiday in motif.

I did not like the pillows. I did not like the off track automatic entry doors. They kept getting jammed, preventing access. I don’t like going to multiple different locations of elevators to find my friends rooms because the hotel isn’t consistent. The attached balconies suck and are slanted and where is the patio furniture? Unsat!Could barely store leftovers cuz the fridge is full of ice! No airport shuttle? Make that known 🙄

I liked the free breakfast, and the large sized atrium. I liked the tv channel options. I liked the bathroom amenities.Indoor pool/ pool hours is neat. And the managers special, very nice! I’m just glad I ain’t see roaches chile.

The bathrooms in the rooms on both nights of my stay was not clean. The tubs had dirt stains and was dirty upon arrival. On my second night stay (2 different stays) there was hair on the walls and in the tub from a previous stay.

The facility was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
