Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Getting checked in with the valet was a nightmare. We had to circle Many times and finally had to get out to ask what the secret was, we were told to wait. The only place to wait though was on the street and block traffic. Getting our car back from the valet was great and meet our expectations.
Breakfast selections were top rate, we really enjoyed the cuisine. The suite was spacious and very comfortable, it really did not feel like a hotel room. The bed was soft and comfortable.

Booking.com stated that the cost of the room will be $170 for the night. It ended up being $220 for the night because I wasn't expecting to pay that much for valet parking. However, this is the only way to park for the hotel since it is a 6-block walk to the nearest parking area.
We really enjoyed the complementary free drinks during happy hour. The breakfast was exceptional. The food was really good, and the hotel offered a large variety of food to choose from. The room was listed as a king suite, and it was plenty enough room to move around in. It had a large walk-in bathroom, closets, and living area. This hotel did not disappoint, and we have stayed there twice now while visiting Louisville. Great hotel and great location to 4th St live.

Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. You should replace the traditional "american" sofa beds with the european style sofa beds. They are much firmer and way more comfortable.
Both room and breakfast were great. Everything was very clean. Staff were courteous.

No problem at all
Room was very nice and clean, towels were nice and bed was comfortable. Plenty of room for us. Television had a great selection of movies. Breakfast was free and very good. Nice selection of breakfast items. Including selecting how your omelet was cooked.

The pillows are terrible. Flat and appears worn out.

The short blonde lady that works Valet parking. She was extremely rude, she was screaming and yelling at everyone trying to park valet, told everyone that the cops were on their way to start towing our cars and refused to help us. So instead of paying $40 to valet park on the property we parked elsewhere

The shower pressure in our room wasn't up to what I normally expect in the USA. I had to fiddle with the shower head to get better pressure but it resulted in a narrow stream rather than a good spray. I didn't mention it at the time so can't say if it was just our room or the hotel. Not the hotel's fault but 4th Street isn't as lively as I was expecting either.
The room (double queen) was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was kept clean. The breakfast buffet was very good with nice freshly made omelettes and good strong coffee available.

We loved this hotel and its location. After driving for 10 hours, it was nice to relax in a mini suite and have all the amenities at our disposal. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning as it provided with an omelet bar and waffle station. It's the little things that make traveling that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

The parking and valet was something not to be desired. Tight and quite congested.
