It was very comfortable. Excellent price. Great breakfast we cane Kate and the were closing up. But what we had was great. Will definitely go back again. We stayed only one night after our cruise

Food was not up to standards in the breakfast area. Bugs the first night in the room and no shower gel, shampoo or conditioner in the shower.

Close to the airport with shuttle to and from airport. Also close to the port of Miami cruise port with free shuttle from hotel.

Clean room. Free complimentary drinks upon arrival. Good breakfast. TV has a lot of channels including ESPN (which worked out great during Hockey playoffs)

The sockets in the room were not working so we needed a workman to come out to fix them. The room was noisy as the train toots constantly night and day. Planes were not bad at all. There are no walk in showers so the disabled person had to have a wash rather than a shower. Overall hotel was good and I would come again.

The bed was comfortable. The food at happy hour was tasty especially the ranch dressing. Drinks were OK. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Showers good and strong but see below for disabled comment. Location good and free shuttle from zone 1 fantastic as was the driver.

A couple employees unpleasantness. When we called and told them we would be arriving around 10am from getting off ship, asked if possible early check in if room is available they said yes, but then when we got there they charged us $80.00 for early check in.

The price of beer in the bar. $12+ for a pint. C'mon guys, I want a drink not shares in the brewery. I know it's an airport hotel but this is something we do better than the Americans. Swings and roundabouts, I guess.

The free drinks vouchers, two per person, were most welcome... and the rum punch is excellent. The breakfast was very good, too. And it was a comfortable suite. Having the second room is really nice, and something the Americans do better than us!

The hotel being so close to the train tracks. I couldn't sleep well because of the trains passing by so often.

The outdoor Jacuzzi water was filthy.

The room was clean and comfortable. There were complimentary drinks and snacks in the late afternoon, which was really nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Complimentary shuttle to the airport was very convenient.

The toilet was clogged and the water in the shower, kept coming in low pressure then high pressure never came in a consistent pressure.

The breakfast was wonderful and the shuttle to the port was on time and reasonable.

Jacuzzi not available. People out of control with their messiness. Some authority needed to be present at times. The smoking? Cigarette butts thrown on ground. Witnessed outside liquor brought in. Used towels left, their garbage. Diving in the pool. If your going to post rules they need to be reinforced.

The airport runway was so close you could not sit at the pool. Very noisy. I would stay again unless I was getting there late in the day.

One of the days we stayed at the hotel asked for the cleaning room service and when we came back at night they didn’t do it.

Suites are big and fair price, clean, the complementary breakfast is really nice. And the staff was amazing.

The staff were overworked, and depending upon who you asked you got a different answer (we asked for extended check out and the night before was told it was not possible due to being fully booked and the next morning we asked again and was given it with no fuss but extra charge, which we expected). The room we had this time was on the opposite end of the hotel from the reception and main entrance and was far noisier than the prior time we stayed (above entrance/main reception desk).

Room was great - large suites. Breakfast was great too. They operated a free shuttle service to / from the airport too. The refurbishment has been great.
