Room smelled of a strong air freshener smell. Curtains were ripped and carpet seemed dirty. We had to call housekeeping 3 times to get someone up to fold in the sofa bed as it got stuck. Staff was not very friendly at the front desk.

Service from front desk was very poor. The graduation party was so loud, the third floor could feel it in the floor and bed. When I asked about the time frame, the front desk asked if I had specifically asked for a silent room.

Overall, the facility was a downgrade from the standard Embassy (no atrium, breakfast area small which led to long lines). Ambience a downgrade.No coffee in room

the room was not clean. the front desk was not helpful. pillows were terrible. stains on the couch. microwave did not work. the lady at the breakfast was not friendly. she looked very upset. there were loud children in the elevator area. sorry to say I will not stay there again. I now see why they have such a low rating.

The lack of housekeeping service after hours. Room not clean. Carpet’s in hallway and room tile floors look really old and beat up.

It was near the freeway. I remember it used to be really nice place to stay.

Room 411 has mold under pullout mattress. Asked twice to change sheets or mattress. Never fixed. Asked for extra blanket. A semen like substance was on blanket. Very disappointed

No electronic keys offered as used within the Hilton Honors app. to check in without visiting the front desk.

Carlos, front desk clerk, check us in as this hotel does not provide electronic keys used within the Hilton Honors app. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and answers all my questions. He even reminded us to visit the dinning area first before it closed for that night, as we were very hungry upon arrival and finning hours were almost over.

Definitely not what it used to be. They charge $10 for parking now and there is no security. Drinks sucked, snacks suck. I needed extra pillows and blankets and they didn’t have any available. Did not provide an extra roll of toilet paper. At the time of check in there was another family asking for toilet paper and sure enough we had to request for one at about 11pm. The fire place at the lounge area was off and so was the small water fountain in the lobby it was emptied.

thermostat did not work for heating in our room. we never got heat, instead cool air continued to blow until we finally turn off the fan. it was one of the coldest nights in Ontario and we were told by the front desk that there was no Engineer on duty to check it. we were offered another room but @ 11:30pm after we were already showered and retired for the evening and then we were told to just turn off the unit. secondly there was no Internet in the Bedroom….☹️

No hangers in the room. Not enough room to hang the clothings. Bathroom was dirty. I do not think the tv remote ever was cleaned and sanitized.

The only good part was the quality of the breakfast they offered. Front desk staff were nice too.

Shower handle was loose and fell off. Was easily reinstalled but stayed loosely attached.

The freshly prepared omelette (breakfasts) makes for a great start to the day. Good selection of breakfast items and beverages. Room was very comfortable and quiet.
