The place needs an upgrade and for that price I paid it was not truly worth it. I agreed on your site for one price and paid an about $400 more. Why was this?

The heater didn't work. A maintenance came to turn it on, but even after he did, I didn't get any heat, Not a big deal, since it's June, but slightly annoying.

The shuttle service for pick up at 7pm on 5/30/24 was terrible! It took more than an hour and three calls to the hotel to pick us up from the airport. When the guy finally came to pick us up I told him we waited for an hour and his response was that he needed to take a break. Totally unacceptable! He was also carrying a gun on his back which was very scary. The hotel should know that this person gives them a terrible image. On the other hand, the shuttle driver who took us back to the airport at 4am on 5/31/24 was right on time and very nice. Also, our room, which was at the end on the first floor had a musky smell and all the doors had scratches on them and the shower had mold. I don’t know if we were given the worst room, but it definitely needed a remodeling.

Room wasn't set for 4 people on arrival had to make up the sofa bed, but staff quick to provide extra pillows &bedding.

The staff was hit or miss. The person checking us in, was nice, but it was obvious she didn't want to be there. The woman who took our breakfast ticket Sunday morning was more concerned with complaining about other guests and other co-workers with her co-worker, loud enough for all to hear. When I handed her my ticket, I got a very rough "enjoy your breakfast." Also, you have to pay for parking which was not an issue; but not noted in the booking description.

Facility was great! The rooms were nice and spacious and the beds were comfortable. Thee room was very clean and the ambiance of the main lobby was really pretty and comfortable.

The pool was closed and one of the biggest reasons that we decided to stay at this facility was for the indoor pool. We were upset to find out that the pool was not operational.

I appreciated accessible elevators, the gym had multiple types of equipment, the bar was fully stocked and we received two free drinks at check in. The elevator has a see through glass that allowed us to see the bar and atrium. The facility had plenty of parking. And everyone was nice and informative of the area.

The rooms can be updated and the blankets need to be washed or new ones need to be put on the bed mine had staines all over it .. 😤

It was close to the airport I like to sit and watch the plans take off .. ( couldn’t see it from the hotel but was close enough in driving distance to see it).. Also the breakfast and happy hour .. was good but they can change up the menu it’s the same food every time I visit.

They had no soap in the bathroom to wash hands . I had to ask a worker for soap .
