Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe room had a number of things that needed to be repaired or updated. Bathroom light fixture that didn’t work, the light switch configuration in the entire room was confusing and didn’t always work, the carpet felt worn, there were lots of small areas where paint, caulk, etc. was peeling or damaged. There was also some kind of dried sticky liquid that had been spilled on the desk area that wasn’t cleaned up, and it was a considerably large spill too.
Good, central location. Had good amenities (pool, fitness room, hot tub, etc). And parking was ample.

The staff at this hotel were AMAZING!!! They make you feel like you are family and not just a customer! My son got married and we all stayed at the hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! They even left rose pedals and candy on my son and now daughter in law bed while we were out of the hotel. I miss the ladies already!!! From check in to check out they were terrific! This is now my hotel of choice anytime I am in the Salt Lake Area!

United Kingdomstaff were not as friendly as elsewhere else we visited in the USA, wish I had the name of who we dealt with as I’m sure it’s not the case with everyone. Felt we could’ve got better for cheaper and the name attracts people more than the quality or the service
Hotel was great, rooms very spacious, felt like a small apartment. Good location too, I think anyway - we were here for dinner and a stopover but worked for us.

Staff was great. The person who checked us in recommended the hotel's restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. Breakfast was also great. Room and bed were very comfortable. Convenient to airport but far enough away to not be too noisy.

United States of AmericaThey offer free afternoon snack and drink. The guy serving the wine is unfriendly to us. I don’t want to classify this as racism. But it did make me feel really uncomfortable. He treat everyone fine but keep ignoring me. And the attitude towards us is super bad.

United States of AmericaThere is pretty much no complaint here. The main negative is that wifi is not really free: they make you subscribe to their rewards program to use internet. Come on guys, it is 2022. If you're going to downtown SLC, this may be a bit out, but there is a really good selection of restaurants nearby, so you should be set staying there.
We got an excellent room, with large living room, really good bedroom and an amazing bathroom. The bed and couch were super comfortable, the space was properly cleaned and the shower was one of the best I've seen in a hotel. The restaurant on the lobby was absolutely fantastic and we really enjoyed the breakfast with made to order omelets. Staff was really polite and helpful.
