Property really showing it’s age - water stains, popcorn ceiling, etc. The surrounding area isn’t great. I was worried about my car overnight with random homeless individuals roaming the parking lot (which cost $22!! to utilize)

Embassy suites always has nice size rooms and good breakfast.

The cleaning staff did not do their job. A mess/dirt was left unattended for days. Our room was not well cleaned. I gad to clean the table and part of bathroom when we checked in as there was dirt on them

Price didn't match booking.com. I was charged more. Sat in my room for 50min in 80 degree temperature because the AC wasn't working. Worker came out and took about 20min to fix.

Temp and location of the room

My room was cold! I called several times the first night for blankets and they didn’t deliver them until 1:30 am- they also brought one blanket for the pull out sofa bed that only had a sheet on it! Needless to say, we didn’t sleep the first night! Temp control of the rooms were terrible

the door didn’t work, had to swipe my key 10 times for it to work. Outlet that controlled bedside lamps didn’t work so we had no bedside lamps or charging for our phones. the bed sounded like a freight train everytime we tossed or turned. it was definitely broken. Smallest restroom I’ve ever seen.

The pull out couch pad was uncomfortable. There were not enough towels and washcloths even after requesting a specific count. The front desk ladies did not clarify with housekeeping as I requested.

Room size was nice king size bed was comfortable but the pull out couch pad was not.

With windows closed could still hear loud traffic until 2AM. Room toilet had plumbing problems. Room doors don’t close unless you push very hard. Ice machines on odd number floors, none of them worked! Parking $22 a day, while plenty of parking was available.

Great breakfast buffet, omelette bar was very good. Lobby, lounging area were very nice.

Our bathroom tub had rust. I took my son to get breakfast ( we thought it ends at 930), we got to the omelet line right at 9, she shut the door and said closed. Then after that basically followed us everywhere and took what we were about to grab (toast, yogurt, cream cheese). The day before that the omelet staff only asked for our breakfast cards, and not anyone else. We felt out of place and very unwelcome there for breakfast during our stay.

Renovations are underway on other floors. All the doors stick, paint overspray, pillows lumpy, very loud freeway noise. Soiled sofa, graffiti on lampshade, squeaky cabinet doors. No daily housekeeping sucks. Upgraded room is just a higher floor, no real upgrade, especially with the noise. Mystery hold placed on credit card, I hope it clears off since no one seems to know what it’s for but it’s from this hotel and we’ve ordered nothing. Will likely not stay here again. Lobby is nice, rooms are lack luster. Overall disappointment. And this was the second room because the first didn’t even appear clean. Bed made sloppily, curtains very wrinkled and didn’t match. Sigh…I want a refund. No managers reception…buffet… features you stay here for that are absent should be made very clear they are not available.

It didn't start out well when we arrived and found out we had been lied to when calling the property before we booked the room on what to expect while staying there. First of all our hot breakfast was not available social hour not available daily room service not available and when calling for towels and other supplies the people bringing the items were rude and made us feel like we were bothering them.

The location for our needs was really good and having laundry on site was nice. The interior of the property was beautiful and well maintained. The size of the room was great.

The bathroom smelled of urine. the walls were filthy. In the middle of my shower unexpectedly found out there was no shampoo. There were no light bulbs in any of the bedroom lamps. The dresser was held up with a wood block which I injured my toe on. The bed mattress was very lumpy and uncomfortable. No blankets for the bed couch

bartender/waiter was very friendly and immediately greeted my daughter and myself, his services was awesome, breakfast was good considering it was buffet style, clean as well.

1 person was rude …Lucy the receptionist did not bother checking for my first name and told me I did not have a reservation. My last name was not in their system…it was under my first name but she did not check and right away turned me away. Booking .com registration confirmation number was not in their system.

Near the airport and for an aging hotel…the rooms are big and beds are comfortable.
