I did not like the fact that I had to go to the bar to get my food when I ordered room service. Wish the pool was open.

Since we arrived so late, we booked a room that was supposed to be at the airport and that they would provide shuttle service. That didn't happen.

Staff, room, and breakfast were exceptional. However, it was not at the airport as expected and no shuttle service available. We had to pay $30 taxi ride to get to our room at 11:00 at night.

We like to stay at the Embassy because of the breakfast ESPECIALLY the made to order omelette station. Unfortunately, each morning (3) we were there, they were short staffed and so omelettes were not available. This was highly disappointing especially because I called to confirm prior to the trip that they would be serving their regular breakfast.

The location is perfect. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Room Location was not what we expected; requested a room on top floor. A balcony was expected, but there wasn't one at this location. Requested room Cleaning during our stay (there 3 nights and didn't receive it.

Room was ready on arrival. Room was clean and temperature was great. Breakfast buffet had a wide verity of items and was very good. Staff was courtesy and very helpful.

We didn’t have a view…looked out to a roof/wall, one light was out in the bathroom.

Was disappointed that the pool was closed due to pandemic.

Quiet stay before weekend crowd. Breakfast was great. Plenty of on-site parking. Location situated near lots of restaurants and shopping.

The room was not fully cleaned. I could see debris under the furniture that had not been vacuumed. The couch in the room was very worn out and in desperate need of being replaced.

The ease of booking online while we were driving. The breakfast in the morning was perfect to get our day started.

The staff was a little rude for breakfast. No pool facilities. I think they are just lazy to fill it. Only three towels and we had the roof view that was horrible. Only the blowers ac that supplies the building

Breakfast was not what we expected. Little disappointed about that since that is the reason we chose this hotel. Coffee was very strong too. Only went for breakfast for one day. We stayed there for 3 nights.

The room was spacious and the facilities were beautiful. Comfortable beds/walk in shower was nice but a little outdated inside the shower. Overall great facilities inside the building and the rooms.

I loved the room, but because of the current pandemic, we had a little difficulty getting housekeeping room service, like towel service, and trash removal. We did not ask for a full cleaning, and towels were not always available at the front desk. No hot vegetarian options for breakfast. No egg white omelets available...Not even special order.

I didn't like the fact the pool wasn't open. The website didn't say anything about the pool being closed. My family didn't learn this until we arrived.

Blaming the pandemic for limiting breakfast to a single serving of sub-par food? Last straw. We won’t be coming back to Embassy Suites. We can get better breakfast and amenities elsewhere for less money. The additional money used to be worth it for the larger rooms and exceptional breakfast. Now other hotels have nice or nicer rooms and better breakfast for less money.

The rooms are clean. It is convenient to restaurants and the highway.

The bed was nice and comfortable, the room was nice and spacious and best of all, everything was clean!!!😉 There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel. I will definitely stay again!!!
