I thought the bar was gonna be a restaurant. It's I didn't know. Was it two and one so I expected it to be more like fancy. And then the people that were next to me were so loud and then there is people above me stumping a lot.

The cleanliness of the cocktail reception and the food area was very dirty. When we sat down the tables were not clean and it seemed to look like the floors had not been kept up. We didn’t stay long. The food was very good

Great breakfast offer and cocktails. House keeping was especially helpful. We were text when we got there and was helped with some extra blankets. We did enjoy our room

We stayed 3 nights for a wedding. Our room never hit cleaned. The second day, we asked about it when we got back from the wedding late, and was told we had to request it. So we requested it for noon the next day. It still did not get cleaned. We were out all day again, and we were very annoyed to come back to no towels. They did bring us some towels and toilet paper. The following day, we were checking out. Disappointed. Breakfast is also not like some Embassy suites. Small area and breakfast. It seems like they bought an old hotel and tried to turn it into an Embassy, but not the same as others. Rooms smaller too.

Nice facility, good pool, decent breakfast. Good bar.

The hallway leading to our room was not very inviting, it was cold and institutional like.

Breakfast was excellent. There was a variety to choose from. The complimentary drinks in the evening were an added delight. The bartender was top notch, she made us feel welcomed.

Service and staff are most friendly and accommodating.

Staff was excellent, property however is in GIRE need of upgrade. Furniture is worn out and torn. Tables and cabinets are all scratched and marked. No USB plugs available in the room. Our room was NOT good.

The sink had a big crack in it and there was no stopper in the sink. The room could do with some decoration.

Water leak! Every time the floor above us showered our bathroom leaked. Called the front desk late one night and they said we could move (at 2am). Declined, asked if they looked the next day. Never came! There was Two full beds, my husband and I barely fit. We had to sleep on the separate beds.

The hotel was in center of all activities! Casino and wineries were just a quick Uber away.

Small mechanics of the room- drawers to put clothes away / access to my balcony was usually difficult.

I tropically have nothing but positive comments about my Embassy Suites stays. Honestly. With the spacious rooms, buffet breakfast and cocktail hour who can complain! However, this last visit was not typical. The room was handicapped and a bit awkward. The phones were t working and the A/C was locked so we couldn’t adjust it. The usual comfort and amenities were lacking. With this said, I will definitely stay again and make some specific requests ahead of arrival.

My room was confusing to get to, and for particular area of building, the guest elevator was extremely far away from the front desk — I had a bunch of stuff (my arms were full) and am injured, so carrying it all that distance after a long day driving was rough. I’m a distance walker (for exercise) but it was crazy… it was down one curved long hallway of utility closets, followed by another long hallway of at least15-20 rooms. And finally it was around the corner. Once I got to my room it was beautiful and would have been great because it was quiet (since it was so far away) but then late-night party guests arrived in the two rooms surrounding me and they were shouting (I don’t know why the front desk would put them by me after I just checked in. After all the property was huge. And not sold out because it was a TUESDAY. Very thin walls with surrounding guests and a late-stomper above me who stomped til 2am.

Beautiful, large pool, convenient right off highway but I didn’t hear traffic or highway noise.

The rooms were not as updated as the lobby/community areas. The furniture was worn and shelving had a lot of dents, scratches and cracks. Made the rooms feel very used. I did expect a little more in the rooms but maybe that’s next phase.

The lobby and staff were nice and helpful The cocktail hr and bartender was also really and nice spread and the pool was stocked w towels. it was also really nice to have some of the local wineries there offering testings. also was super impressed with omelette bar and made to order pancakes!! The hotel was updated and inviting.
