You could organize the happy hour a little better so there are no lines. If you could remind people of the amenities available by a brochure with the hours of things like the pool, times of breakfast and happy hour.

Spaciousness of the rooms - location to restaurants etc walking distance to what I wanted to go to. Loved the pool so was able to swim each day.

I did not like how everything was extremely expensive in the pantry. A ice cream bar that typically cost $1.50 cost $5 each, that is excessive. And also the seating for breakfast was poorly managed. Having a table greeter would be very helpful with facilitating a place to sit.

I liked the location and the rooms being inside the building. Biggest issue was the seating for bfast. Needs more seating or someone facilitating available seating. There were kids not eating breakfast just sitting and playing while my family of 6 couldn’t find a seat for early morning bfast. I suggest the dining seating is made available for those that are eating not just hanging around.

It apparently is an old hotel, so the facilities in rooms look a bit aged. The cleanliness is just above the average level. Parking is not so easy because no on-site spots are available. No valet parking is a downside to this hotel.

This is a very nice hotel to stay in DC with your family. The rooms are very spacious while the price is reasonable comparing to other DC hotels near by. The breakfast buffet was good too, my kids loved the fresh fruits so much!

The breakfast was a little dissapppointing. It was too busy in the hotel to cope with the volume of people wanting to eat breakfast, which meant that there wasn't anywhere to sit, no cutlery available and the queues were very long for all of the breakfast items. The fresh omelettes were nice, if you were patient enough to wait, but the rest of the food was pretty average.

A lovely spacious room for a family of five with a clean & tidy gym and a nice pool. The hotel offers a free drinks event between 5pm and 7pm which was really nice.

Running short at breakfast all the time. One day apples were the only fruit provided. A few other days, plates and bacon ran out. One day no beer was available at happy hour. Was often hard to find a table to sit at. Not things I'd think about at a Comfort Inn but for $500 a night at Embassy Suites a little annoying.

Breakfast was good, kids liked having a pool to go to, hotel was very clean and well maintained (no broken items) staff were very professional. Room was well laid out. We liked having two rooms so kids could sleep while the parents could stay up in separate room a little longer. Happy hour is nice.

In my opinion, the mini Market Place food items at the hotel were overpriced. Example: $5 for one packaged cookie, $5 for poor tasting coffee from a coffee machine, and $5 for a small package of Oreo cookies. Also: their dinner menu needs more options.

Hotel location , free full breakfast, and were given $25 dollar discount coupons that could be used for dinner or drink cocktails at the hotel.

I didn’t like the table situation in the evening. Didn’t know why so many were reserved. Then learned they were for those having dinner. We worked with that. The last night, we had lunch around 3 and didn’t want food. Arrived around 6:30 for a glass of wine. No tables for 5. Finally found one that was full of dirty dishes. As your guest, I didn’t expect to bus tables. Several tables were full of dirty dishes/ pizza boxes, etc. and no one came to clear them even though the reserved tables were not that busy. NOT a good image. Felt like we were in steerage rather than paying over $400 a night AND this was supposed to be an amenity.

Room was fine but had to request enough cups and towels for five of us. We were left 3 of each. Guess they expected us to share. Called twice one evening to get cups and they never arrived. Nice gentleman at breakfast did take care of the problem.
