I didn't like the fact that the workers walked into my room without knocking, and that happened twice.

The hotel was very convenient for what we wanted to do, and my family always loved staying at the Embassy Suites

The room smelled a bit like cigarette smoke, the pool was extremely cold and dirty, the bar only had bottom shelf liquor, and bedding for pullout couch was not provided.

It was close to the zoo and children’s museum.

What I used was fine. I didn’t have time to venture out a whole lot. One of my family members sink was stopped up and the other room the bath tub backed up. This was in the 7th floor.

It was nice. Wish the bar area stayed open a little Longer on the weekend and maybe offer a little more.

There were piles of dirty linen in the hallways on our way to our room. I thought maybe it was cleaning time for the night, but when we awoke the next morning, they were still there on our way to breakfast. Not pleased, unsanitary. Furniture was outdated in the suite.

Pool water was not warm, practically freezing. Room only had bathroom trashcan and no other trashcans for use. Lotion and hand soap bottle had dust on the top of them.

The front desk lady was kinda rude, because I booked with booking she tells me after giving me a hard time to check in that happens when you book with a third party. Also was not expecting to pay 75 dollars extra for my pet.

The room was dirty. Paint peeling off the tub. Toilet did not want to flush properly. Carpet was stained and was coming apart by the pull out sofa. There was dog pee at the elevator doors.. and either dog poop or cat poop by the bedroom in between the bed and nightstand nightstand

The hotel needs to be updated. The bathroom was small. Lots of stains on the curtains and the safe did not work. The first room we had, the door mechanism would not close so we had to be moved to another room. Also, I did not know we would be charged for parking $10 a day.

The location was great and it had plenty of parking. The breakfast was worth the stay.

The electrical outlets, for some reason, did not have enough power to charge my smart watch or curling iron. My hair looked terrible in the pictures, with the General, at our grandson's boot camp graduation.

I was never told about paying $10 to park my own car in a lot that was just like any other parking lot. No more security than any hotel I have stayed at and did not need to pay the for ME parking my car. That was not a pleasant surprise.

the food was very poor id stay again but wood pass on food it seemed low grade institutional i talked to some one that travels a fair amount and said this is industries slandered it seems that the food is not in line with the ambiance of the hotel or advertising

No daily housekeeping service during the height of the pandemic was understandable but that seems to have become the new normal, which should be fine except that the room rates do not reflect the diminished service. The outlets in our room only had enough power to charge our cell phones, not my smart watch. My curling iron never got beyond warm so my hair looked pretty interesting when we attended our grandson's graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson.

The bed was very comfortable, the ability to adjust the ac temperature was nice. Breakfast was very good and the atrium pleasant. We enjoyed the evening social.
