Beautiful building and setting. The bed was incredibly comfortable with a wonderful soaking tub as well as a roomie shower. Excellent location with easy walking distance to multiple restaurants as well as the city market.

Lovely hotel with very attentive staff. Restaurant and bar were great and plenty of nice sitting areas around the hotel. Room was big and comfortable. Coffee and water station by the elevator was a nice touch.

This hotel is super cool, hip and has great amenities/rooms/location, etc. Even the welcome drinks were great.. Staff was very helpful, helped suggest/book tours for us which were VERY worth it!!

Shower stall with polished marble floor should have rubber mat and grab bars, even in rooms that are not designated as "accessible."

Breakfasts were delicious. Having breakfast in the courtyard was especially nice. Staff are friendly and competent.

I wish my stay was longer, truly. If they added a pool or hot tub, that'd be incredible, but other than that, we loved it. Great coffee shop and welcome drinks on arrival.

It was right in the center of where you'd want to be. Market Street is always fun to walk through. The carriage rides pickup around the corner. The property was beautiful and well staffed. I can't wait to come back.

We have lots of hotel choices and visit Charleston frequently. I will not be coming back due to this lack of concern of a 5 night stay without the discount being honored!

considering we stayed for 5 days and paid full price, I was upset to get emails giving us a free day if we stayed for 4 days! I resent having to pay more and not having you honor the promotion for us

This is a modern, trendy hotel with very cosy and chic rooms. Situation in Charleston is great. The room has storing space to dream of and is very quiet. Staff was professional, friendly and most helpful.

Our room was next to the hallway coffee station and that was noisy. We could hear and understand conversations at the elevator across the hall. Could also hear the people in the room next to ours close their drapes.

The rooms were tight and had we been staying longer, I would have appreciated a closet. I had lots of full length dresses that covered the night stand.

Fantastic spot with welcoming staff and beautiful rooms. Lots of special touches that made the stay even more memorable. Beds were super comfy and the bathrooms large and luxurious. I loved the water, ice, coffee and tea available right outside my door.

The only thing I could say that would help was brighter lighting in the rooms just because the decor was darker colors and our room didn't have a window in the living space, only in the bedrooms for natural light so it was hard to see at times but did not make the stay a problem at all!

We had a very comfortable stay here. The hotel was right near everything you needed to be near in Charleston. The food was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was very clean and family friendly.
