Small detail, could have used a cosmetic mirror

Location was superb,within walking distance to many activities, eateries.Gulf views were outstanding

We only had trouble with the elevators being out when we first arrived. Maintenance was there to take care of everything within a half hour. It did present an issue several times but this had no reflection on our hosts!

The condo is beautiful and has everything you will need for a great stay!

The condo for the most part was clean and well taken care of but little things like dust on dining room light fixture and bulbs and other places shows the cleaning staff needs to do just a little bit more of a better job, it's in the details! The main condominium building could have used some upgrades but there was cleaning staff out every morning. 1 elevator was not working the entire time we were there leaving us with only 1, but it worked out ok.

The condo was well designed and comfortably furnished for a 1-bedroom unit with a great furnished balcony overlooking the beach and gulf, was amazing! Bedroom had patio doors out to balcony, so it was great to hear the waves at night. Owners were great and very attentive to questions. We had a very nice stay.

The only thing I could complain about is the pool’s location from us. We liked the bigger pool that was in between tower 2 and 3 which was a little bit of walking from tower 1 but nothing major

Great location. Elevators were fast. Condo was clean with extra blankets, beach towels, and chairs. Kitchen nicely stocked. Fantastic view. Would definitely stay again.

The beach tends to be rowdy late at night into the morning hours (believed to be people from the large resort next to the tower). Also, we did experience quite a bit of noise above and outside the front door but that's not the condo owners fault. I'm not sure if the complete resort is non smoking or not but we did have several instances where we could smell weed, again out of the owners control.

The apartment itself had a great view and all of the furniture was comfortable. The view was great and lots of privacy. The parking was excellent. All appliances are updated and work great! Very close to Pineapple Willy's (highly recommend). Owners are extremely kind and answer all questions and respond to any issues. The larger pool was a lot of fun and the food served at the snack shack was yummy. Would definitely recommend for a getaway.

Location - Right in front of the beach with a beautiful view of the beach from the condo. Also close to walmart and the city center. Amenities - Fully equipped, with patio, tv, full kitchen, big bathroom, beach chairs and all you can ask for Cleanliness - neat and clean Beach - private access to the beach. beach location it self is quite nice and not very deep. security - good security and parking available for the guests

We wished it had more pool area and closer to room. Although everything was great with room and location, I know not to book the dates because of senior trip.

The location is perfect! Beach access was easy. The condo is decorated quite lovely. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. I really enjoyed the bar-top table and chairs on the balcony. It was a perfect way to view the beautiful Gulf waters.

could not find the code for the gate heading out to the beach anywhere. Having food delivered to the unit was very expensive and did not even once get the order correct, this has absolutely nothing to do with the unit just a heads up to future visitors.

it was the perfect size for the 2 of us, excellent view. very clean and well maintained, owners were easy to contact if you have questions and respond to questions within a reasonable time.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like! we unfortunately picked the wrong time of the year to come but we know better for next time

it exceeded our expectations! me and my wife travel often and we always hit Panama City beach at least once! we will be renting this unit again. the view is amazing, the amenities around are so fun and the staff is very kind and always willing to help.

The room was dirty on arrival: fingernail clippings and hair in multiple places, food on the floor, dirty dishes, and all the linen needed washed before the first sleep. Facility-wise: no ice machine?? Pools too cold, smell of weed everywhere. Supplies: I would figure for how much the condo costs, I would not have to go buy a bunch of dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags, washer pods and dryer sheets. It blows my mind that with the income received through these that basics can’t be provided like they are with chain hotels. Last but not least, my wife and I were bitten by unknown insects. They did respond quickly but nothing was really resolved. I hope for everybody’s sake it doesn’t turn out to be bed bugs. But my wife and I are in quite a bit of discomfort as a result.

We liked how close the condo was to everything. We also enjoyed having the washer and dryer on site.
