We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IrelandCommon areas are a little dated and one elevator doesn’t work. Although I wasn’t delayed so not really a big deal.
It’s a great corporate hotel. Rooms are modern, clean and equipped for remote working. Can’t fault it. The food is better than expected for a hotel like this which is a real plus given the location. The staff are unbelievably helpful and friendly. This has been consistent in the few times I’ve stayed here this year! Love this

United States of AmericaIt rained the day of our arrival and I noticed the carpet close to the window was wet. I did not see water dripping from the window seal so not sure how the water got in but our room was on the first floor. That should be looked at in case it spreads further into the carpet/around the room. Our things did not get wet since we moved them & luckily there was no mildew smell. We stayed for 1 night but for future stays room 127 should be checked out for when it rains.
The new look of the hotel itself looks amazing. Love the room set up and decor. We stayed in a guest king and was upgraded upon arrival to a deluxe.

I really liked this property. I am a high floor girly and the guest agent was very accommodating to that. The hotel was very nice and I absolutely will check this property out first when I come back into the area

United KingdomThere was a lot of work going on, renovations and such. While this isn't a huge problem, it was usually loud at breakfast, when the restaurant was at its busiest. It would've been much better to delay until after 0900, when the restaurant would've been a lot less busy. Food service was hit and miss at breakfast; sometimes quick, sometimes took a long time, which made it hard to plan, and often easier to get something at the office instead.
The rooms were a decent size, the location was convenient and there was ample parking. Staff were helpful and friendly. The shuttle driver in particular, was excellent and really helpful.
